St Andrews Boutique Hotel

Clean room, clean sheets, the spa was quite and breakfast was ok and staff was very professional and ready to assist with any request you had.

The view from the balcony was ok but I would have preferred a view on the lake side and I think variety for hot breakfast would be a nice touch.

The room was large and comfortable

There was no lift, no telephone in room, the wifi wasn’t working and the breakfast was average. Also when I arrived I was unaware that the balcony doors were unlocked so I left the room unsecured when I went out.

Disappointing

The aircon was not working properly. It was a cold night, and the aircon was not blowing hot air. There was only one duvet on the bed, and no extra blankets

The atmosphere and the service was top class.

I forgot my sneakers at Room 202 if I am not mistaken about the room number, and it's a challenge for the hotel to send them to me via any form of courier. I am willing to collect at Mafikeng, I opted for Pep, Mafikeng, but it's a challenge, looks like the hotel can't spend less than R100 to send a pack of sneaker.... Horrible

Good location for Schools and Quiet. Excellent breakfast.

Breakfast

lights kept on on the foyer it disturbed my sleep. Since the light reflected on my room.

The breakfast was very delicious.The room was spacious.

The bathroom shower stall was not really clean and the toilet door was dirty on the inside. There were bed bugs on the bed and carpet was not clean.

I loved this hotel very private location, staff was great.room was lovely ,clean had 2showers and bath very spacious room good for relaxing. Eat nice huge esbien definitely recommend

Our stay was too short

Breathtaking first time arrival experience! Location, peace and ambience absolutely stunning! The size of the rooms....huge OMG....definitely a rare find! Perfect for couples and for quick weekend gateways. Breakfast was definitely amazing and filling! Many thanks for locating lost and found item!

Shower in room 206 has terribly slow drainage. Had to cut short bathing time due to fear that we would flood the room. Wifi absolutely terrible....had to use own wifi. Could do with a few more towels in rooms. Otherwise great experience overally

The breakfast wasn’t really great n well prepared. It had not breakfast must have like eggs,bacon n proper bread.

There was no butter cubes, coffee not prepared on time.

Nice location

We had no hot water to shower and only one bath towel for two people.

Staff were amazing, breakfast was good and the location was private and we felt very relaxed once we arrived.

So we had to move from our initial room because the balcony door did not lock, there was no phone, kettle or hangers. Looked like the previous guests had just removed everything. New room was missing light bulbs and we had to request an iron. For a 4 star hotel it just felt like the attention to detail was lacking.

My second time staying there and I love it. The most peaceful location. Great and helpful staff. And they all remembered me and that made me feel extra special. I loved it.

It was perfect. I did not like that I had to leave. That is the only part I did not like.

Very clean, the staff is very welcoming, and the breakfast was brilliant (they are very accommodating).

There was a light in the passage right in front of our room that cause disturbance during the night

Everything was just alright,the quietness of thecplace was exactly what i needed,the breakfast was awesome ?

Dinner was not nice,i waited too long for my order just to be served with cold food that lacked flavour and no neflix on the rooms,i was told they only have it in superior rooms only.you only gonna get sabc tv channels there
