Friendly. Good quality. Excellent breakfast. Big rooms. Radio in headboard.

Nothing really, early closing of front door and slightly expensive. But really nice hotel with very friendly, helpful staff.

No a 4-stars hotel, but i would say 3.

all the equipment of the room is too old, not view, too hot.

I loved the themed rooms, they were very stylish and the jacuzzi bath was so nice. The staff and owners were very friendly and helpful too. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Nicely decorated throughout and not too big. Very quiet as in no noise from other guests either. Overall relaxing. Short walk to the trains and everywhere was so easily accessible.

I would have liked the restaurant to have been open for evening meals but the staff explained why it wasn’t but hopefully it will open again one day. The bar closed at 8pm and I didn’t always want to go and sit in my bed and watch TV.

Big spacious room, perfect for a family of 4. shower was great. Breakfast was awesome. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Would recommend it to all the families out there.

Next door to our friends' house, so that was very practical. Amazing parking opportunity. Breakfast was good and replenished very quickly. Very friendly staff.

If I have to find something: The room (on the side next to fire station) was really warm, there was really no wind, weather was humid and warm. The room had no air-conditioning. A small thing really, because we knew this beforehand.

The Little playground for children.

There is no air condition in the appartments (there seemed to be one in the hotel rooms) and those under the roof can get a bit warmer but still quite acceptable as the building is well isolated.

We had a very big family room with comfortable beds and a baby bed.

They didn't have vegan options for breakfast like Oatmilk.

The room and bathroom were really big.

To enter the hotel after 20:00 we had to use the stairs and we had kinderwagen.. and our daughter had to use the toilet on the 1st floor but there was no lights there.When I asked the receptionist she said that every guest has their own toilet so there is no need to have electricity in the guest toilet. It is logic, but I didn't like that there was no option to turn the light (small kids couldn't hold until running to the second floor with the stairs).. she barley made it.

Very nice to be able to walk to the Marktplatz easily.The breakfast was nicely presented. The staff in the breakfast room was very pleasant.The indoor atmosphere and air seemed clean and healthy.

My sister and i were a little uncertain when the door to walk downstairs was locked.

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, plenty of parking space. Friendly town with a lovely center (and an excellent Greek restaurant nearby).

The room was large and the bathroom was huge. Nicely located, close to the city center at walking distance to many restaurants. 30 minutes drive to the Nuremberg Messe.

Extremely noisy when it rains or when it's windy. I could not sleep, sounded like firecrackers going off all night, due to rain hitting the aluminum and wind rattling the shutters. When I informed the hotel staff after the first night without sleep, I was told that they could not control the weather (!). Apparently there was a problem, because I was later informed that some repairs were done. I did decide to leave early because of the bad experience (not being able to sleep on a business trip.) They still charged me full rate for the night I did not use, citing company policy. Well, it's my policy to never visit them again! They couldn't even offer a free cup coffee. The lighting in the room was insufficient and orange in color. The curtains did not cover the windows, so the room did not get dark.In addition, there's a very strong and overwhelming smell of cheap parfume in the whole hotel. I was told this was on purpose to improve the air quality. Overall, a very negative experience and a staff that has no sense of customer service. On the plus side, the staff did smile while making me feel very unhappy in the hotel. It was clean though.

Good location. The interior is a little old, but clean and in good condition

Twice I was surprised by the behavior of the employee. At first she forbade cutting the bun (half was enough for me), although I used a towel to avoid touching it. But even more striking was the ban on photography at breakfast. I have never seen anything more stupid, always hotels are happy when you take a photo because it's a good advertisement

Breakfast was a bit thin after the earlier crowd. Had to ask to fill juice and rolls but very nice breakfast in the end
