Location and facilities were very good. The breakfast had many options so everyone could enjoy and the garden in the back was a hit for the kids. We had an apartment and we had everything we needed for our stayThe Italian resto in front was pretty good tooThe ladies in the reception were super friendly and even helped us buying and printing the tickets for playmobil park

It's a fantastic place to go for the reason that host is super caring, friendly staff, amazing location for calm and quite stay and walking distance to railway station, city center...couldn't have asked for more.

Everything was perfect

We stayed in the condo and it has a food size for a family of four. Clean and it has everything for families. The garden area is perfect for kids and the location is fantastic just 5 minuts by car from the Playmobil Fun Park.

They don’t have cribs for babies.

Nice apartment perfect for a family, including garden with plenty of things to do for the kids. The employees at the hotel are extremely kind and helpful.

We love it! Definitely we will plan another trip and we will stay longer. As the hotel it’s kids friendly with a beautiful and great kids garden. The rooms are spacious and the staff is extremely friendly. Also they have so many games and toys that you don’t need to pack anything extra.

Perfect hotel for families with small children. Facilities are amazing, our room was spacious and very clean, breakfast was great. A special commendation goes to the staff, they are very friendly and helpful, particularly the lady on the front desk.A fantastic stay overall, highly recommend

Just plan for there being no elevator. Can be harder with babies. Also, for the same reason having a hand held shower is very valuable with young children

The property has beautiful garden with playground for kids. The playground is so romantic and beuatiful and we had a lovely and most relaxed time. Our dog was welcome as well and everybody in the hotel are so nice. Kids can also borrow toys and the breakfast is fenomenal as well. Employees in the hotel are very nice, they will help with everything and give you advice regarding anything. The best place I have ever visited!

AMAZING place to stay with young kids with the amazing garden (but I am probably not the only person raving about the garden / play area). The morning / breakfast staff were WONDERFUL. Super helpful, friendly and even helping us to some coffee and fruit when we had to stay a bit longer because of family issues.

Breakfast is very well organized. It starts early, 06:30 which is convenient. There is many choice in food, fresh products, and on your table you find The Knorz Times, a paperlike leaflet with things worth knowing from the area.

The blanket on my bed was a little thin. There was an extra blanket in a closet, but still not very warm. I would have preferred a four-season blanket.

They even gave me a super big apartment with a garden!The front desk staff is super friendly and hospitable.

The water in the bathroom shower tends to overflow and wet the entire toilet.

Verry nice place, clean, nice rooms, friendly staff, good food, not in the middle of the city but not far from all atractions.

We had a amazing stay at Hotel Knorz. We were warmly welcomed and even upgraded. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The playground on-site was very original and the playmobil to play with such a nice touch. A very kid-friendly hotel at walking distance from playmobil fun park. You also get a piece of paper to show at the park to get the 1€ reduction for the tickets to the park (which you currently book online) for the duration of your stay.

The breakfast is too expansive for childrens (make it half price and it would be perfect).The pizzeria just in front was not very good. I would rather recommand the indian restaurant further away in town.

The garden was a dream park itself, enjoyable for both kids and adults, location is great, breakfast is with wide selection. Some staff is very helpful with tips.
