Located near where we needed to be
The staff and location of this hotel is the best. The receptionists are very kind and helpful. The hotel is near Aguadilla airpprt and several touristic spots in Aguadilla and nearby cities.
Tried to charge extra for the room I had already booked

Cons -

Outdoor railings rusting
The air conditioning doesn't work, it's very noisy and doesn't allow you to rest
The rooms need some love and AC units should be updated. It has a mini fridge but does not have microwave. The curtains were dirty and some areas on tne wall behind beds (noticed when looking for an item that fell off bed).
