Hotel Malchen garni GmbH

Really nice and quiet family run hotel. Very suitable for business trips in the local area.

Lovely quiet location , very helpful staff , very good room

Friendly manager, good size room, breakfast was OK for reasonable price. Hotel is located in middle of small village. Greek restaurant nearby (cash only).

Good and quiet location. Excellent breakfast served to suit guests. No evening restaurant in the hotel, but staff will give recommendations within walking distance. Very helpful and friendly host! Well protected parking

Nothing in particular. The hotel is not in the latest design trends, but well maintained, and very clean.

Pleasant one week stay with excellent service and good access to Darmstadt by tram

A pleasant hotel in a quiet location but only a few minutes drive from the motorway.

There's no air conditioning in the rooms so we didn't sleep that well as it happened to be very hot on the night we stayed.

The service and breakfast were excellent, the room was decent and clean.

A comfortable hotel. We had a good breakfast in the pleasant dining room. You can easily walk to a good Greek restaurant.

The breakfast was excellent, the receptionist was very friendly and reliable, the surroundings of the hotel are quiet. From the point of view of the business we had in the area, the location was excellent.

Not enough thick or insulated walls. You can hear the sound (tv, noice, people coughing,...) from other rooms, from other guests. It didn't bother me otherwise, just observation.

It is well-kept, silent and great location close to the highway and Darmstadt.

Very quiet. Very clean. A lot of places to visit nearby.

The hotel and room were remarkably clean, especially since everything was not brand new, it was still very well maintained and super clean. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was also great.

Only negative was that the room was quite warm, even after turning the heater off.

We liked the location for our day trips to the area where I grew up. Easy access to local restaurants for authentic German dinners. There was free parking at the facility.

Nothing we did not like.

This castle setting is a very good value for an upper end hotel. The spa facilities were wonderful and the staff were extremely professional and polite. Especially Tedeous at the front desk and Ceci at the spa. Extremely good job of protecting against COVID.

Very nice staff, clean rooms and facilities. The breakfast buffet was really great for the price, they have an eye for the little things that makes it special. Complementary snacks and water on the room, very reasonable prices for the mini bar.Pure recommendation

Clean and comfortable, great location, friendly staff and a nice parking lot :)

Spotlessly clean- service was superb
