Our stay at Lufthansa Seeheim was once again an great experience. The staff was amazing as always—friendly, highly empathetic, and truly going above and beyond. On our last visit, we traveled with our disabled dog, and their support made all the difference. From helping us find the most accessible room to ensuring our dog was as comfortable as possible, their kindness and attentiveness were remarkable. The quality of service was exactly as expected—top-notch—but it’s this personal touch that makes every stay uniquely special. Thank you, Lufthansa Seeheim , for always making us feel so welcome .

Lufthansa Seeheim is truly an elite hotel! From the moment you step into the entrance, the atmosphere feels luxurious and welcoming. The reception staff are exceptionally friendly and professional, making check-in a breeze. The spa and fitness facilities are outstanding—perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation. The breakfast is top-notch, offering a wide variety of high-quality options that set the standard for an elite hotel experience.

Very nice place, with extremely nice people working there and delicious food. Pool and saunas are also very nice.

Breakfast hall is very modern, unfriendly hall, looks like a corporate office. Not really nice to relax.Overall the architecture is not really a place you would want to stay at for more than 3 nights, but the surrounding and facilities are good and clean.

Super comfortable bed and high quality pillows/blankets, no noise during the night, everything was very clean. Breakfast AAA. Nice view from the hotel. This hotel is well run, staff is efficient and professional. I can highly recommend this place to any traveler.

Dinner and breakfast were outright poor. No taste, mass produced food. This was exceptional in the negative way: I hardly even recall such bland food anywhere and I travel a lot. I did't like the room at all. I get the idea of making the interior look like airplane interior, but this was not for me. This reminded me of being in some sort of all-white space capsule... no thanks. Also, the pool and gym were very small. From the looks of the photos you would anticipate some kind of 'spa experience'

Location and the special Lufthansa atmosphere. Located in the hills with forrests around it offers great views from its terrace and opportunities for a relaxing walk in the environment. The Lufthansa atmosphere is one of a kind. It’s a conference hotel, so very much business minded. Don’t expect romantic or baroque style, its modern, design and industrialist.

Bathroom sanitation. We’ve been here several times before and sanitation was always great. This time our shower showed quite some stains and moldy spots. The rest of the room, and the rest of the hotel, were all spotless, as we expect from this hotel.The second dinner buffet was a bit of a dissapointment. Partly a matter of taste, but meat-wise, only pork-based dishes. The first night we had a nice variety, beef, pork, fish and chicken based stuff.

The view are awesome, Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Area was lovely. Beautiful view from your window. Quite remote location, which was peaceful but hard to get food at 11pm. Breakfast was great, lots to choose from.

Bathrooms could be cleaner. Mini fridge would be a bonus. We travel with medication that needs to be kept in a fridge so to have one in our room would be helpful

Very servicminded frontdesk and quick check-in. Clean rooms, calm, nice atmosphere at the entire hotel. We could really relax. Wish we had more time so we could have enjoyed the big garten and the surrounding area.

We stayed here our last night before departing from Frankfurt airport, and it was perfect. The hotel is modern and clean, the service is excellent, parking is free, and breakfast is included (i.e., free). In fact, the breakfast is one of the best breakfasts we've had and a huge value to staying at the property. We highly recommend this hotel as a stopover near Frankfurt.

Check-in process was a little cumbersome, as they didn't have our reservation correct, but they fixed it quickly.

The welcoming and checkout went very well and friendly at the reception and at dinnert in the restaurant. The bathroom is small but very functional and clean and with a good shower! Comfortable beds and rooms with plenty of space.

The quality of the food at night and at breakfast in the restaurant. We travelled with a young dog wich was allowed if we paid an extra €30. Understandable. When we were on our way out with her some other guests wanted to hug here, all very nice. But what happened? Our dog became so enthousiastic about these young men that she peed on the tile floor in the reception. So with a 1000 apologies I told the young lady at the reception. You cannot imagine the cold response I got from her. As if this happened to bother her! She made me feel totally embarrassed about something that could have happened to anyone.

Large place, but the personnel felt like they really cared. Great pool! And many charge-poles for the car.

I arrived late due to transport problems but the reception and restaurant staff could not have been more helpful.The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet.Breakfast was exceptionel.

I had heard good things about this hotel which during the week is out of my budget. However, I had the chance to stay there on a Friday and Saturday when the room rates were much lower and I can’t say enough about how good this place is.
