    • Excellent sized room with pleasant sitting room area and balcony with view over the salinas- very comfortable large bed - well equipped bathroom - well appointed dining room. Spa area very good

    Cons -

    • you need to pay for the hamman area of the spa.you need to wear a cap for the spa pool.the location it's not perfect to go walking somewhere, but it's easy with the car.
    • Location for beaches and the children in spa splashing and screaming.
    • A bit short on facilities generally - in the room and in the hotel. No kettle. Poor wifi. Missing a cafe area - the bar was OK but a bit basic and no snack food. Breakfast good but not exceptional

The room was a very good size.

The property says it’s 4 star but probably a 3 at best. Not kettle in the room. The room is tired. Breakfast was okay. Not great. The food was pretty tasteless. The open spaces were tired and not inviting.

    The location

Didn’t like the beds the pillows and the rooms were very noisy. Could hear rooms above and next-door.

    10BerniePosted on: 1-31-2025

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The indoor pool is lovely, the water is a lovely temperature. The food was really nice with wine included for dinner. The staff in the restaurant were lovely.

The marine circuit is still closed even though it is advertised as open on the website and various locations in the lobby area.

    All very average

Cleanliness of bathroom, wardrobe door broken, no English television.

    6NicolaPosted on: 1-22-2025

Location was lovely, massage was very good.

The restaurant was closed and the bar did not serve any snacks, there wasn’t any options for an evening meal. The heating in the room was too hot and the thermostat did not work to turn it down.

Great location and excellent spa facilities.

The restaurant (for dinner) was closed during the entire stay, but we were not informed about this when we checked in.

Value for money Rooms spotless clean, but need tlc, use of spa during stay. View from room sunrise,.

Room run down. plugs loose light bulbs flashing. Toilet roll holder not fixed to wall. TV kept going in and out of channels, shower raiser broke, breakfast hardly anything suitable for veggies as in limited (Oranges) fresh fruit at 9.00, toaster useless and area full of burnt bread not cleared away any morning. Great coffee.!!

    7PaulPosted on: 12-11-2024

A comfortable room and hydrotherapy pool were great.

Staff were not very helpful or friendly.

    9OlivianaPosted on: 12-10-2024

Everything was spotless. The bedsheets were impeccable, extra large bed in the junior suite, the temperature was just right for such a cold night (6°C) without needing to adjust it. The room has a tub which is a plus. The breakfast was fresh, plenty of cold and warm options and the coffee was tasty.

9/10 for two aspects which MUST be improved. There is no sensor/ night light for the light switch when you enter the Junior suite. It is pitch black when you enter at night, the light in the hallway turns off automatically in seconds, and you cannot find where the switch is to insert the card, which happens to be behind the door ?!? I tripped over the small coffee table that sits just next to the entrance door. SAFETY HAZARD!! The other light switches in the room all have a light sensor when they are off but the card is inserted, of course. Also, the spa and the hotel are in different buildings not connected to each other via the indoors. Imagine coming out in your bathrobe from the spa to enter the hotel through the open courtyard. Not fun!

Nice big bed in the superior suite, good spa however we did have to pay extra for full access as the only part included in the price was the saltwater pool

No restaurant, not bad rooms but not 4 star. Not a great location, very few places to eat close by which raises the question why they dont have a restaurant on site

    1. Clean and freshly built hotel2. Pretty quiet stay, no much noise at all3. Pretty big room, enough space and air for a family4. Big enough bathroom5. Balcony is good enough to drink a glass of wine

    1. Bathrobes were old and worn outNo kids size bathrobes2. Towels in the room are pretty small and thin for an adult. Seems wanted to spare some money on towels3. Too tiny wardrobe for a family room of 4 people4. Only 2 small bottles of water for a family of 4 people5. Airconditioner always turns on by itself, so you can't control it6. Breakfast is poor. No vegetables at all.Very limited choice of foods in general7. Spa was too crowded. Water is too hot, so no much time can stay in. 8. Can't enter parking before get the room key. Need to park outside, check-in, and only after can drive into the parking.9. No tea pot, no glasses in the room.10. To reach your room after SPA needed to cross outdoor area, which is totally disappointing. After a hot spa, you go with the kids outside to the windy terrace to reach the room. Insane

Everything was excellent. The rooms were very comfy and clean. Cleaners came in every day and left clean towels. Bathroom was very spacious and clean. All staff were friendly. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The Spa area was an added bonus and very relaxing. Enjoyed our stay and will certainly recommend it.

    Everything excellent.

Spa was great and quite big. Room was comfortable and breakfast will fill you for rest of day.

This hotel is not for small kids. Despite the fact that babysitting was mentioned on website there was none. Balcony is build that it can be dangerous for small kids. Only one out of two elevators was working which was sometimes a problem.

I liked the fact I was going there again for the third time ,though last visit 5 years ago, but really disappointed ☹️ with our stay

Only one lift working so had to use the stairs many times We chose the evening meal as it was our wedding anniversary, bad mistake food very disappointing ,only tinned vegetables by the looks of them , no potatoes only sweet potatoes, could not imagine a more disappointing meal, The towels in the room were paper thin .second night soap dispenser empty no one had checked , the phone didn't work on the Saturday when I need to ring the desk and report water dripping out the light in the bathroom, so I had to go down to the desk and report the fault ,which was fixed quickly, The spa area is in dire need of some decorating, tiles are missing on the walkway in a couple of places ,the whole ambience of the area needs attention Overall a disappointing stay .
