- We were blessed on the 4th floor with amazing views of the Mediterranean sea from the big balcony. Spaciousss room with nice shower. Very quiet, nice comfortable bed, slept like champs. The hotel has a restaurant with happy/welcoming staff & variety on menu and a small outdoor terraza with happy customers, typical Spain. There's a private parking for ? 8 euros a day if you don't have time to waste time driving to find one in the street. Reservation needed. We've stayed during low season so plenty of street parking as well .

Cons -
- No everything good
- Too tired to not like anything.
- the walls are extremely thin, the cleaning staff starts cleaning at 9, the ladies gossip, unfortunately they shout among themselves so much that when I am in bed I know exactly what they are talking about... The bathroom is full of mold on the joints and unfortunately some small bugs on the floor... after reporting to the staff that there are bugs in the bathroom, I did not even hear the word sorry... it was my first and last stay in this hotel. Poor WiFi connection

Very helpful and friendly staff. Good size rooms and bed very comfortable. Great facilities including a spa and a roof top pool. 10 out of 10 for cleanliness.
When we checked in, we were told there would be no hot water the next morning and would we like a suite in their other building across the street. Why yes we would. It was nice space with a large outdoor balcony, a living room, kitchen and separate bedroom.
The bed was not comfortable or the pillows either, both very hard. The couch in living space is also a sleeper bed and when sitting on it, it was not that comfortable.
The location was perfect for watching 3 King's Parade which passed right past, room large and airy with nice balconies.Breakfast coffee was good.Nice bar and good snacks or sandwiches with nice chips.
Breakfast was disappointing, the choice was good but cooked food and eggs were very greasy. No juice.Bed quite uncomfortable
The staff were very helpful and answered any questions I had, Noelia on reception was charming and nothing was to much trouble. The property was spotlessly clean.
The staff were very helpful & friendly. The restaurant was great & buffet breakfast had plenty of choice.
The waiters in the restaurant were a little bit grumpy when we turned up without a reservation which was what reception staff had advised us to do. They also didn’t tell us that we could request cooked food to order so we missed out on the chance of a nice piece of freshly cooked salmon.
Not very hot food, eggs kept warm for too long not very appetizing and long life milk !
The towels were rough and not white. The bed was very uncomfortable There should be a walk in shower not a cheap one over the bath!
Was clean and comfortable. Drinks at the bar were incredibly reasonably priced. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Water from shower over the bath went all over floor and had to be mopped up. No coffee making facilities. Despite my paying more than my friends they all had rooms off the main road with large balconies whilst we had no balcony and was directly on the main road.
Large roomHot shower Good airconGreat buffet
Weren’t t there long enough to see pool area pr take spa
Staff were attentive and helpful
Food was plentiful but choices restricted
Lovely room with massive balcony. Nice pool. Great location. Great breakfast and great staff.
Comfy bed, big room and large balcony, able to supply gluten free bread at breakfast for my celiac wife.Plenty of hanging space in the wardrobe, extra pillows in the room as well. Nice to have a couple of bottles of water in the fridge. Nice bar attached to the hotel.
Check in took about 20 mins, as the only member of check in staff was unfortunately trying to help someone on the phone. Rooms are very dated and tired, They were probably lovely back in their day, however they are functional.
The Hotel has seen better days, but it’s still maintained well, but not new. The room was enormous and the beds were comfortable. Go to the roof to the swimming pool, it’s nice up there.
The Parking under the hotel is very safe, but really hard to get to, the street was one way from both sides?!? Anyway, we got in, but it’s very steep and the parking spaces are short.
The staff are amazing. Really looked after me all through my stay & especially when I fell ill. I will be eternally grateful. You treated me like family & made me feel safe in a scary situation. That would have been unbearable without your help. thank you so very much to Veronica Rafael Marta & Guan for everything you done for me.
The whole hotel was wonderfully clean and well kept. All of the staff were extremely helpful, polite and pleasant to deal with. We were travelling around to look for a place to buy a home and this was the perfect base for our short stay.
Nothing was bad. Had a bit of difficulty getting out of the car park but think that was probably down to us more than the instructions!
From the moment we arrived at reception the staff were lovely and would do anything to help, this includes staff in the cafe and restaurant. Didn’t have any contact with the cleaners but they did a great job as the place was spotless.
A wee bit rough around the edges in some places but nothing that impacted my stay and I would definitely book again
Nice hotel, but we were looking for something else, maybe it is good for business one night stay. The best part of the hotel is the personel very friendly!!!
Regular breakfast - we had better in other places. Probably we were looking for something else and we left the hotel earlier .
Staff was great and friendly. We had a suite with balcony that was very nice.
Breakfast was cold by 8am because they needed new heating units and covered dishes to keep the food warm.
