Hotel Paloma

It was mostly comfortable and there were generally adequate facilities.

Difficult to communicate with hosts which lead to problems (language) and unfortunately it it winter there too!

Location was great for the beach.The transport links were good which were ideal for what our stay was about

Cleanliness and staff. Location for amenities and Pinatar Arena.

Very close to local facilities restaurants, beach. Very quiet town with no experience of any anti social behaviour.

The hotel entry system access cards kept breaking down.

We didn’t eat at the hotel, however we ate in the family run Bar Grill Paloma. Excellent food and service. The hotel itself was in a great location for the beach and bars. Again family run, extremely friendly, very clean. We had a chance to practice our Spanish too.

Next time, there will definitely be a next time we will ask for a bigger room. Our mistake not the hotel. I can find nothing negative to say.

I had breakfast for 2days I was unaware it was not included in the price Coffee and toast was all that was available

Room small, small bed

Location is good, the place is quiet.

Shower towels were not clean with obvious traces of previous use. The stuff lady did not apologize for it and was in general very rude and not welcoming. Bed sheets were also not clean with dust and hair obviously present.

Location was a bit remote. According to Booking.com the room would've included a balcony. There wasn't a balcony with the room even though I apparently booked that kind of a room. It didn't bother me, but the point is that the description is misleading. Usually when checking in the password to Wifi is also given, or if not, there is the password at the room. No password was given to me.

Super location at the edge of the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean Sea.Spotlessly clean room.Friendly reception.They also have a fantastic Restaurant Paloma just around the corner. They do super buffet.
