    Pros +

    • Very nice hotel for a short get-away with kids! Clean modern rooms, big breakfast buffet, and nice evening meals in the hotel restaurant. We stayed in the main building which was directly above the restaurant, wellness center, and underground parking garage. No need to run outside in the cold like other guests who stayed in the annex buildings. The pool costs 5€ per person per entry, but therefore it wasn’t too full plus the steam room and Finnish Saunas were an extra treat for the parents :) We enjoyed a ride on the steam engine train Lößnitzgrundbahn, visited the Cinderella Castle nearby, drove around the vineyard hills and also spent an afternoon in Dresden. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay with kids!
    • Very helpful and super nice staff at the hotel reception. Breakfast buffet was amazing too, wide selection, you could find there almost anything from sweets to "morning bloody Mary". Underground parking garage was pretty convenient with the entrance directly from the hotel, however you have to pay extra which we knew in advance from the reviews.
    • Comfortable hotel in Radebeul with delicious restaurant, plus large indoor pool and sauna for 5€ per person per visit. Close to the Lößnitzgrundbahn steam engine train, hillside wineries, a short drive away from Moritzburg castle, and 20 Mins to Dresden city-center.

    Cons -

    • Room smells of mould
    • The hotel is a complex of several buildings which are connected with the main one by the underground garage only. So when you had to go to the main building (for breakfast for example) you had to get fully dressed, go outside, walk to the main building, get undressed etc. Not very conveniet in winter, probably not a problem in summer. There was mold on the tiles in the bathroom. I think this is unacceptable for even a hotel of a lesser category. The trash bin in a bathroom wasn't emptied either when we came which didn't add much to the impression. Beds weren't much confortable, pillows were flat. Furniture had definitely seen better times, had scrathes and cracks on surfaces and pretty outdated. No vegetarian (forget about vegan) options at the restaurant for dinner except for one which was pretty blend pasta with spinach. Paid almost 50 eur for that pasta, and a portion of boiled potatoes with broccoli and 2 non alcoholic drinks. Overall, we expected more from the hotel of such level, especially considering how much we had paid for our stay. We are not petty and prefer to keep good memories over the bad ones, that's why my overall rating is "good", but we won't likely be coming back.
    • Rooms are outdated; furniture and bathrooms are no longer up to date, and the rooms are small. Very noisy during the night, room was facing the courtyard where people were partying all night and hotel staff missed to intervene.

It was nice that it had apartments.

I didn't like that you had to pay for the pool when you got there. I thought it was included.

    Location, bar

A hotel that smells very, very, very bad.Of course, the bar, restaurant, and exterior are very impressive. But as soon as I opened the door to my room, everything changed... A musty smell, shabby walls, and dirt. Spiders live in every corner. Also, if you want to sleep with the windows open, be aware that at about 5:30 in the morning the irrigation system will turn on, which is very, very, very noisy (you can enjoy it in the attached video). But not only will the noise prevent you from getting a good night's sleep - the pillows are of the worst quality I've ever seen (you can see in the photo), they are so thin that they look like a rug (but that's why...).I was also very impressed by the fact that a hotel of this class could not afford to include 1-2 bottles of plain water in the room price (this is the first time I've seen this). Even in the cheapest hotels, water is a must have! So, don't bother buying it in a store, or at the hotel bar.By the way, the bar is great!!!

I had a very good experience at Radisson Blu Park Hotel & Conference Centre. I requested a specific room before arrival, and the staff made sure I received exactly what I asked for — which was really appreciated. The breakfast was tasty and varied, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and everything went smoothly. I would gladly stay here again and recommend it to others.

Very old buidings, old equipment, so the same smell of the old never refreshed buildings... too noisy all the day because of the fontain in front of the windows..disgusting specific smell outside due to plants / trees ?

    Pleasant swimming pool

We was charged 30% more of our original price because for whatever reason, our two family connected double rooms was booked for 2 persons instead of 4. Non professional behaviour of receptionists blaming that it is typical 3rd party mistake of booking and we need charge now significantly more. There were no cleaning of rooms during our stayAs well as we forget t-shirt and shorts in the room, and hotel didn't care on checking it.

We stayed at the Anna villa. A very well maintained property with very good breakfast and service. Would visit anytime again!

Staff is topTwo family rooms in one blockSpacious roomsBeautifull placeVery good gym (as in hotel)Big SPA and pool enough for swimming laps training.

Please, more pillows. (Like in spanish and french hotels)In master bedroom the bath and toilet is directly aligned with bed. So if one is in bed - another is s*itting practically in your face. Very unusual design solution... especially when there is plenty of space.

Lift keep failing, after false fire alarm no water running the following morning.

    Good breakfast

Well this used to be a great complex of hotel buildings but it seems a bit old / tired and outdated atm. Radisson does not seem to level it up comparing to their other hotels. Decent SPA though but also a bit tired :)

We liked the location and pool availability. Quality of food was also great.

We had an awful situation with the restaurant entrance manager and guest relations staff. First evening when we arrived I have asked the restaurant rules whether we have to pre-book table or it is just go in and we were told that there is no need to pre book dinner table and for the first day it was like that. But on a second day when we returned after visiting spa and tried to have a dinner with our kid we have been asked whether we booked a table and we of course answered no after what we heard the phrase that “there is no available table” for us because everything is booked. That was frustrating especially previous day we have asked for the rules. Nevertheless I understand that there might be some language barrier or miscommunication etc. I asked the guy who’s name was Tomasso because he was responsible for hosting guests in the restaurant that evening if we can sit on the table near the restaurant and have a dinner there but we have been refused because the tables near is not considered as a part of the restaurant and that was the point i felt like if I would be a german citizen it might be different but unfortunately I am not. We tried to talk to the guest relations lady who was on the reception, unfortunately I don’t memorized her name but she was not able to help us and solve the problem we had as she said if the guy at the restaurant said we cannot have dinner it means we can’t. This is definitely not what we expected from the “Radisson” brand and a 4 star hotel. Of course we found a place near and had a great dinner and paid same amount as we would spend in the hotel but we definitely has a bitter taste after because our small son was hungry and he was crying because we were not able to sit in the restaurant at the hotel and have our dinner. I wish hotel management to pay more attention in solving such cases.

    Lovely breakfast.

The first room that we checked in, the fridge did not close. We were given a new room, that fridge did not close properly either. The room was not clean as it was extremely dusty. There were only 2 pillows in the room, for 2 guests. The pillows given were terrible. The rooms are very dated, out of the 90’s. Rooms still use the key system, with a very heavy key holder. We were extremely dissapointed as this is a Radison hotel, which we have stayed in before, in different locations in the world.

Realy big and comfortable rooms with fascinating views. Tasty breakfast and superb spa (extra fee).

The one and only dissapointment was poor quality of coffee by breakfast.
