    • The rooms were clean and nice. The bathroom was new and modern.
    • Quite location

    Cons -

    • Expensive packing in a remote location. Spa is old and lacking a bar, either lacking more fun awimming. Sauna was not hot. Everything closed early. Don't go here with kids and not without kids.maybe for old people, but they didn't like it either due to kids.. just don't go here .
    • We thought that the pool was included, but it wasn't. You have to pay 85 euros per person and book in advance. So keep that in mind.
    • The rooms were clean but had visible wall cracks and scratched furniture. Housekeeping and towel replacement were not provided by default—a notice on the table explained that guests must request service at reception. This should be reversed, with rooms serviced by default unless opted out. Hot water was unavailable on two days, making showering difficult. To their credit, the hotel adjusted the price. Breakfast was acceptable, but nothing special.

very very happy to see the evening restaurant back at a good level after the previous not so good experiencebreakfast has always been exception here and was exceptional also now

on demand cleaning room policy should have been declared at check-in AND at booking phase on booking.com, especially when traveling with pets

Really great swimming pool and gym. Nice and calm area, great breakfast.

It was a one night stay. I liked the fact that I had two seperate rooms connected with a small lobby. Airco was quiet. And the outside of the hotel is lovely.

    All ok.

Charming hotel with individual buildings in a park setting, very quite, very green.

we only stayed the night and had breakfast, so I did not explore enough to see anything negatively.

The only nice part was the spa. But let me ruin it a bit for you and say, it has a 10€ per person (BUT) if you leave the spa to get lunch or X reason even if it’s for 10 mins you’ll have to pay the fee again. If you want to avoid that, they said is better to book with the Raddison, ofc.

The room let me start with that. Windows were disgustingly dirty, we had a dead dried insect sleeping with us. The smell that hits you when you go in does speak about how much they ventilate the rooms. The bathroom was good until we saw the shower. The tiles from the floor were broken and around the shower floor. I got the pics to put in google reviews. I would not recommend to stay here. Or if you do stay in the radisson. Overall features old like the hair dryer, no fridge in the room, not a single bottle of water as a welcome. The curtains were dusty and old, really hard to pull them away to open the window to the point of wrestling with them to open them. They did not cover the light well and the room was really sunny at 5:30 am already when we wanted to sleep longer as we had a long night. We arrived at 12:30 and wanted to make use of the spa or go around, we asked politely if it was possible to do the check in earlier and she said (NO!) on a very rude way. She didn’t offer to take our bags until we could do the check in at least, and we had to carry 4 bags around to the spa until it was the time. I would not be coming back to this place no matter what. There are way better options at the city center.

The check - in went really smoothly, also the request for a bigger, sturdier pillow was met almost immediately. The kitchenette was very nice, so was the fridge. The bathroom contained a bathtub which I found particularly relaxing since I travelled quite a distance and there is nothing better to relax than in a bathtub. I did not use the breakfast facilities nor the bar, so I cannot comment on those.

The pillow was too flat and too soft. Everything else was quite in order.

NIce room, a bit dated, but for the money it was good value. Quiet and comfortable, parking at the location. Nothing to complain about.

    8BekturPosted on: 4-29-2024

    Bus stop nearby, quiet place

If need to do check-in process earlier, then should pay.

I had a ground floor corner room with patio access. The room itself was very clean and well appointed. The rooms were in 3 storey units, in a large garden behind the main hotel. The staff were friendly and put up with my limited German well. Breakfast was good.

It wasn’t actually clear where it was! Reception is shared with the main hotel.Minor item.

Very nice hotel in a very nice area. Very clean and cozy, excellent breakfast and super nice staff. Everything I needed for my short stay was available in the room. Also walking distance to good restaurants and train station.

It was very confusing that you need to check-in at the Radisson Blu Hotel. I didn't know it and was looking for Radebeul City Hotel and couldn't find it. I went to the reception of Radisson just to ask where is that hotel and was surprised to hear that you need to check-in here at Radisson.

Location in a quiet district of Dresden, spacious lawns to walk our dog, underground parking space, very good breakfast

Our room would need a bit of refreshment but it was clean and comfortable

    4RachelPosted on: 12-29-2023

The location was good. The lobby is nice

The rooms were so outdated and hot. The bed was very uncomfortable and the rooms were in poor condition. The hotel should be teard down and they should re build. They didn’t replace my towels either. I was not informed about where the pool or spa was.

    5JuliaPosted on: 11-5-2023

For us it was just a stop on the way but I was very pleasantly surprised with the hotels surrounding

Everything is paid extra - the parking, the pool, gym sauna everything. The hotel is hard to find - it’s in fact the same hotel as Radisson just a cheaper section. We arrived at 20 and we were informed at the reception that restaurant is open for an hour. We left our luggage in the room and went to the restaurant- the buffet was still there but they’ve told us we cannot eat anything. When I said “but the food is still here” they replied “no” which was ridiculous

    Very good

It seems there are 2 hotels: One in the same main building and other rooms in external and additional buildings in the hotel's garden. The first time you book a room you are not aware of it, even I thought I had breakfast included which was not.

    8MatthewPosted on: 9-26-2023

    Convenient location.

Breakfast was very expensive in my opinion. And for such a large facility having its own parking garage, I would think that after paying 100€ per night they should include parking for free.
