The WiFi in the rooms was very slow and choppy

The place is very clean and lovely view rooms , its comfy alot and noise cancellation is there between the rooms , in the room there is a sofa bed also Toilet is very nice and compared to price its very good.It’s not far from Munich city centre by car only 40 minutes you can enjoy the drive with the amazing views there.To the aiport is exactly 30 minutes. Around the hotel you can safely have a walk, to enjoy the quiet neighborhood.

A very quiet environment. The hotel was really new and everything was in perfect condition. Beds were really nice as well.

All parking spaces were occupied. Unfortunately there is no guarded parking. However the area felt really safe and there was enough space to park in the neighbourhood. We got a message that we could choose to get our key from the partner hotel nearby or from a machine at the location. We choose to get it from the partner hotel. Unfortunately this meant that you can get it from a machine at the partnerhotel as well. I was expecting a person at the partnerhotel. But the check-in was extremely fast, so no problem either.

Comfortable beds, nice modern building with a nice view of the surrounding countryside. Quiet location alway from the busy main roads. Complimentary water and nice breakfast options. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Driving or walking here is a little tricky from town as it is not well signed and the footpaths are sporadic. Better if you have your own car as taxi’s were also not 100% certain on the location. Some of the windows in the room were not clean from marks children had made. The electric shutters in the room would open and close without prompting every hour during the day which was disruptive.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful, particularly on the front desk. Hotel very modern, clean and a lovely rural setting. Really enjoyed our stay.

No coffee/tea making facility in the room and coffee machine downstairs was switched off at night (or we couldn't get it to work) but no complaints just a minor observation.

I was surprise that a hotel that has Öko in the name is using bedsheets/linen that aren’t 100% cotton. It was not comfortable to sleep in at all

The staff was very friendly and satisfied all our requests meticulously. Thank you for that.

Eco for ecology, so no fridge, no aircon. We have to struggle with the milk for our baby. It was very hot in the room for a 25 degree outside.

The location is a bit far from Pfaffenhofen. While it's nice to be on a hill outside the town, it can be a bit inconvenient if you intend to explore the town

The breakfast is good, but could be more diverse

the superior suite is not as spacious as I expected. the two bedrooms and the bathrooms are not isolated by solid doors

Nice hotel room and bath, but no air conditioning and minibar. Reception closes early, but you can pick up the key from the key box if you arrive late. Here, however, a little light is missing to find your way around.

Nice location close to the motorway and the opportunity to shop at Aldi before driving on.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable to sleep on.The hotel is literally across the road from family, so was an ideal location.

Our first room was too hot. The air conditioning 'was settling in' according to a desk representative. It was that hot, the pine was stripping itself in the bathroom.Additionally, there was a random hole in the wall.They had also provided us with 2 baby cots, even though our children were 6 and 9. The front desk confirmed they have had these types of issues before where the correct details on the booking had not been passed through.We were informed that it would be an extra €22 per child, per night. To say we were unhappy was an understatement.After asking to move rooms, they agreed and we said we'd be back after brunch. We returned a few hours later and was given a new room key. This new room had not been cleaned. The bed was a mess and the TV was still on. We were absolutely fuming at this point.Back to reception and they told us we came back too soon. THEN WHY GIVE US THE ROOM KEY!!!!!We finally got into a new room and although cooler, it was still warm, but manageable. We had a fan brought in and we left the windows open to try and circulate some air.While moving rooms, someone from the front desk dropped off 2 ice creams for the kids, a bottle of prosecco and some cola. They also informed us that they would only charge us for 1 child, still at the rate of €22/night.We had no further issues with the room until checkout. We didnt want any more interaction with the staff so kept our room on do not disturb.Upon checkout, the front desk tried to charge us for breakfast aswell as 1 child. It wasnt until we corrected them, that the breakfast was removed.

It was spacious, clean and confortable. Nice touch with electric blinders.

The bathroom, while spacious, had obly a glass door separating it from the room. Given the price, no coffee or tea in the room and no mini bar...

The location wasn’t very appealing, there is building work going on adjacent to the hotel and a number of industrial units close to the hotel. There was quite a lot of noise from lorries and other machinery passing directly outside of the hotel early in the morning which woke us up. We didn’t like that the shower cubicle was actually in the bedroom with little privacy (especially when sharing a room with children) and also the sliding door to the toilet area did not close fully. The hotel room is extremely hot, with no working air conditioning and shutters on windows preventing air flow. I was also a little shocked to receive a message from the hotel afterwards asking me NOT to give a negative review of the hotel and if I gave a top rating I would be allowed to join an exclusive club and gain discounts!?! Perhaps this is the reason for the number of 10/10 reviews this hotel receives ??

The hotel is newly constructed.The room was well equipped with very high quality furniture and lights.The wooden light frame in the room was extremely nice . The room it self was big enough with a big LED TV . The lounge and the reception was also exceptionally great .
