Several things. The main thing is the ridiculous lack of amenities regarding the pool area. You are expected to pay for a chair to sit in. There is zero reason you cannot provide chairs in an area that is already gated off for your patrons.

Friendly staff to meet at 1:00. They helped switch rooms easily when there was a slight problem with the tiles in my original booking. Stored luggage w/ease in the morning and walked out to a stunning view.

The location was good.

The property was very much 1970-style. The carpets in the corridors were dirty. Not all lamps were functional. The breakfast did not provide hot drinkable tea water. Orange juice tasted bad.

The rooftop pool was spectacular

Staff seemed annoyed with customers. I mean, sure, tourists can be a little annoying. But we are new here, we need a little help with the lay of the land.

We stayed in one of the rooms with balcony and ocean view and it was stunning! The beds were comfy and we took advantage of the private rooftop pool to rest and recharge for a few days. The breakfast selection was abundant, lots of choice for hot & cold offerings. We loved going to sleep at night with only the sound of the waves from the sea below us. The room was quiet, no street noise. Walking to the city centre was easy, 10 minutes max. Lots of free overnight street parking (we were there in November, not peak season).

The lighting in the bathroom was a little dim, making it hard to put on make up and style your hair, and the water pressure in the shower was a bit light, but that could be due to the water restrictions in Spain. These things are definitely not deal breakers. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Everything. Right from location to service to room, everything was just perfect. Our room was ready before time. The view was amazing. Additionally the breakfast was also excellent. I will definitely be visiting again.

Location & facilities were excellent and the beach was just beyond the hotel pool.

I paid extra for a sea view but was disappointed that I wasn't in the main hotel but was placed in the building behind which had no staff and my view was obstructed by another building. I didn't feel I had a hotel experience, when I asked at reception I was just told I should of specified I wanted the main building at the time of booking but I wasn't aware there was another building behind the hotel when I booked.

The location is hard to beat - right on beach. It’s a small hotel and therefore very compact - 59 steps would take you to the breakfast room , or to the pool, or to the beach

Like the roof top pool

My wife got locked in the bathroom and the door handle came off thank God I was in the room at this time to let her out check with the cleaner to ring to report it she told me 9 did not work had to use my phone to call the hotel they answered and said they send somebody up checking out told both of the person what happened and we got no response asking if my wife was ok very bad customer service not happy

Pool area was too small and most of the time couldn’t get a bed by the pool.

This is our second time to stay here.The breakfast is great, so much choice! The chef can make you your own omelette which is the best part!Rooms were recently renovated, shower is great as it is so powerful and always hot water.Beds extremely comfy with great pillows. A.C is very good and doesn't seem to dry out my throat which others often do! Each room has a safe and a fridge. T.V is a good size.You can rent pool towels for 10e deposit and get it back at check out, towels can be changed as needed. Cleaners are fantastic, beds made every day with fresh towels. Rooms left spotless.Location and views amazing!

Disappointing that the second pool (rooftop pool) wasn't finished and open for use but I'm sure it'll be great when it is finished.

The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful, 10/10. The room was also very clean and cleaned daily.

The beds were a little uncomfortable, we both left with a sore back after them. The biggest issue was that the rooftop pool was closed for maintenance and this was not communicated to us on booking. This led to there being very few sun loungers free in the pool. Some days there were none free and we witnessed beds empty ALL day with towels on them and people would then come back and take them away and never use them. This was very unfair. The hotel could potentially put up signs and monitor this.

Lovely hotel all newly done in the section we stayed in. Pool was great and rented lounge chairs on the beach. Parking was a challenge so if you have a big car is difficult maneuvering in the tunnel to park underground. Small car recommended.

Wish we had known construction was going on for new pool on the rooftop. Didn’t bother us though. One day crane was in front of our balcony bringing up huge bags of cement. We found the noise very minimal and was only one day.

The view from our room was beautiful. We stayed here many years ago & the hotel has definitely improved, the rooms are nicely decorated & are very comfortable.

The breakfast is only OK in my opinion, after two mornings we decided to go elsewhere.
