the grounds are beautiful. Location is good. Staff was Super-helpful!!

Pool rules were a little ridiculous. Also, wifi not good. We would have preferred to have had two pool passes, but could not get two, even after offering to pay.

Our apartment was way up in the hills. Great view. Bit of a walk to the waterfront but that was OK with us. Very quiet and peaceful.

Accommodation was basic but clean and had fantastic views. It could do with a bit of TLC but id stay again. There is a main fantastic pool area with a little shack for drinks and snacks and the onsite restaurant did a great value menu del Dia

You need 50 euro cash to secure a pool fob and we didn’t know this in advance. Although there are ATMs on site they both charge you for withdrawing money in addition to any currency fees

Very noisy downstairs neighbors, talking very loudly and playing music at high volumes, sounded like they were right in our flat

The view was so special, balcony was impressive, apartment was so clean modern with spanish character still. I enjoyed the luxury of the king size bed. I was happy to have the swimming pool available for a €30 returnable deposit. Key collection was well communicated. I would love to return here again! :)

Apartment was difficult to find at first as you don't know where you are till you arrive and if you arrive in darkness it's a little overwhelming with the amount of walking too.I didn't appreciate only one toilet roll available. Was noticed on arrival and was not topped up during my short stay of 4 days. I would've bought from supermarket if I was there for a longer duration. It was a shame we have to pay for sunbeds/umbrellas at swimming pool but not the end of the world either.

Location is perfect, beautiful garden and pool, helpful staff.

One day there was not electricity, cockroaches were in the room, while stayed staff was painting outside and the smell came in the room.

Being asked for payment for WiFi,, Waste bin cupboard in kitchen broken and needed screwdriver to open it, TV signal kept breaking down on Sky channels. Had to ask for pool pass rather than be offered it.

The apartment was clean in an okay location. However, it was like stepping back into the 1970’s, extremely dated and in dire need of modernisation. The website does not give photos of the apartment, if they had I may have thought twice about booking.

The location was good

The property bore no resemblance to the photos of the accommodation in my booking. This urbanisation has many different properties, all owned by individuals, then let via booking.com. So you cannot be sure what the accommodation will be like until you turn up and the staff have no impact on the quality of the accommodation. As an example the photos in my booking showed metal sliding patio doors, what I actually got was wriotten wooden doors, mosquito closures with holes. I would not recommend this location as you have no guarantee that the photos on this site will match what you get. The TV was damaged and all rooms had very small wall lights only, no ceiling lights at all.

Very hard beds. Two bedrooms without windows. It was cold and no heater.

A fair walk to the beach and old town especially coming back up the hill - no problem if you have a car or electric bikes - would be difficult on a very hot day - however the view from the balcony was fab and well worth the walk back

The location, space, roof terrace, outdoor eating, Cave Bar, gardens and flowers and the stunning views.

No water or welcome pack, especially as we arrived after 9.30pm.Was not aware that pool bar was not open as not updated online. No where to wait while we waited our pick up home.

Property was amazing. So clean and well maintained.

As it was out of season in January , there was painters outside 5 of the days of my stay which was a little annoying as they started early and where in my balcony 3 of the days

Capistrano village is beautiful. The cave bar excellent & staff very friendly. Quite hilly so not great for anyone with mobility problems but the bus is an excellent service down to the Burriana beach & centre of Nerja.

We had a problem with the lock on the door of villa from day one & as there was no out of hours tel no for reception we had to book into a hotel for our first night. Female staff member not very friendly the next day but a male staff member very helpful on our last day with a similar problem. An out of hours tel no is a must for guests for any emergencies as reception is not 24 hours.

1 heater didn't work and no light bulbs on living room wall lights . Everything was replaced the following day .no mats for the tables to put hot dishes on

The location was lovely and a really easy walk into the town and back. Two supermarkets at the end of the road and a great bar restaurant across the road

More outdoor space would have been great

+++: excellent value for money (we went off season), private garden right outside the flat, washing machine, television with foreign channels, location in Nerja close to the beach and also large supermarkets, friendly reception staff, very quiet location, dogs allowed (extra charge of 20 euros per stay )

-: There was nothing we hated, but for those who pay more in high season, they might appreciate a hair drier, a laundry basket (for getting the clothes out of the machine ), hotter water , rather than luke warm, higher cleaning standards (we find cobwebs and ants in them), a chopping board , proper heating during the winter .
