Pros +
- Location was great. The rooms were lovely and clean. The breakfast was phenomenal. Loved using the sauna every day. Great added perk.
- Excellent location, delicious breakfast, gym, outdoor pool, beach bar, restaurant, friendly staff, sea view
- The hotel was sold out when I first checked for availability so I kept updating the webpage and eventually someone canceled so we got in for a four-night stay in October 2025. Breakfast was gorgeous! Endless options and all of superior quality. The fresh, local avocado and vegetables on local hearty bread was a nice break from eggs and ham.Our room was a terrific value - no view but total privacy, which was a good tradeoff because we could see the glorious view just by going outside or on the 9th floor viewing deck.Staff were all professional and personable. They welcomed us even when we trudged in with our backpacks and functional-but-far-from-fashionable clothes.
Cons -
- Could use an upgrade with the beds.
- Almost nothing, the hotel is a little old
- The only thing that was not wonderful was lunch at the beachside cafe. The half-pitcher of sangria was very weak and quite expensive.

Location good & breakfast was fine ?
Staff Not very accommadating and we booked a Twin Room & got a Double on the first night which was the worst Hotel Room we have ever stayed in!
Perfectly situated hotel for the beach and walking through the old town. Loads of restaurants nearby. Staff was very helpful.
Parking is tricky, so be sure to get all of the instructions prior to arrival.
The location of this restaurant is GREAT! It has its own access to the beach and has the BEST VIEWS of the ocean. The restaurant food is also delicious! The staff is very friendly and I felt very safe here. You needed your key card to access the hotel/pool areas.
The bedding is a little outdated and uncomfortable.
Amazing place right on the beach with pool, beach access, renovated rooms and great breakfast. Don't miss a sunrise! Totally deserve the highest rating
The hotel didn't communicate that there was no car access, so we spent 20 minutes circling around it until we found parking 12 minutes away. The hotel did not communicate that we needed to reserve a sauna in advance
Location, hotel cleanliness and staff are excellent.
The lack of sun beds
The pool and breakfast room and the staff were phenomenal
The room could’ve done with more windows but that’s if I am really nit picking just felt a little dark
The views from the balcony were stunning! Room was pretty and cozy. International TV channels via satellite and Wi-Fi very good. Breakfast was OK with plenty variety of food. Personel from the reception, waiters and the cleaning ladies were very kind. Location is just fabulous right on Balcón de Europa. The three beaches were very close to the hotel with fine sand and crystal clear waters.
Room and bathroom need improvement.
Absolutely stunning surroundings, but the restaurant on floor zero by the beach was also spectacular. The rooms were comfortable and the views from the balcony were gorgeous.
Breakfast was good and there was a lot to choose from. Staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean but desperately old. Location was fun, but this hotel needs an upgrade! Everything was outdated. Little beach in front was cute.
First; you can't drive to the hotel. You need to park into an underground parking garage and walk from a distance with your (heavy) luggages to the hotel (and it was hot). This was not clear when we booked this hotel, so it was a little confusing because there was no road to the hotel. The booking information said the parking is 15 euros, but when we finally got to the hotel, we were told it's "a business between us and the private parking garage" (It was 22€ for 17 h, not bad)We also got a very old room, it was just so bad. We booked lateso other rooms might be better, who knows? Maybe this was just that old room that is not used very often. Our window was facing the roof with water tanks. The friendly guy at the front desk told us that our room is actually "pretty nice". Well, it wasn't. Everything was outdated and old and dingy. Bathroom was old and worn out and very, very small. There was a bidet with someone's pubic hair. Shower handle was broken. Narrow bathtub is not something you want to see in a modern hotel, standing shower is a new standard. It was just a sad bathroom. But again, we got the last room... Maybe it's just this room. There was only one old, flat pillow per person. Have not seen anything like that in a long time. Nowadays there are always 2-3 sleeping pillow in every hotel.Food at the front bar was not great, and they were out of some items. They were offering us a showering option (asked for a late check out) and that was a nice gesture. Although the space was hot as hell without a working AC. Service & staff was good but they really can't fix the situation with the facility.
Good location. Very clean with good maid service. Nice beach in front of the hotel. Amazing breakfast with astonishing beach view.
It was very loud on some days. Uncomfortable beds and pillows. The view from our room was bad. It was overlooking a type of alley. With the window open, we had heard a lot of air conditioning noise comming from outside.
Location / view
Beds were not very comfortable, hotel is a bit old and in need of some updates.
Best location and best hotel in the area. My room was overlooking the cove with the sounds of the waves all day and all nights. They had a nice balcony so you could smoke if you choose to .???
The price was a lot higher than other hotels, but they have the best spot over there.
Coffee awful in both machines and what was served to you. Cooked breakfast was terrible bacon hard black pudding awful. Cheap quality of bread
Breakfast asked reception plus dining room supervisor for coffee and milk in the bedroom it never arrived
the views are gorgeous. the rooms are modern and comfortable.
the garage is outside of the property. but…there is a garage!
The location of the hotel is excellent, everything within easy walking distance.Staff friendly and helpful. A nice outside sitting area with food and drinks served all day.
The only thing (and this is nothing to do with the hotel) is that there is no vehicular access to the hotel. Taxis have to drop you about 200 meters away, so it is a short walk with luggage. But don't let that put you of.
We had a Junior Suite which overlooked the sea, where we could sit on our balcony and watch the waves thundering in. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Meals at the hotel's restaurants were of high quality and the buffets had lots of choice.
Nothing. Everything was perfect.
Beautiful and peaceful place with old fashioned charm. Amazing views, fab breakfast and so central.
