Staff were very helpful. Room clean Reception very helpful every time we asked for information And asked to book taxis .

Great bar service, wonderful pool and pool deck, nice breakfast, entertainment at night

Rooms were horrible. We had two rooms. In One the shower adjustment came off and tub stopper chain hung down drain. Dirty towels. Other room the air conditioner was broke. We stayed out of the rooms as much as possible. Parking for 6 cars only!

Loved the staff, exceptionally clean, lovely breakfast, pool very clean and sun bathing terrace. Some of the hotel is getting a little dated and needs refurbishment especially bathrooms but generally ok

Had a room on ground floor ,kept awake by a band and singer on Saturday night plus guests very loud when leaving bar area

Lovely room with a bath. Very comfy bed. With nice toiletries. Food had a good selection for breakfast and dinner. Only there one night so no idea what like on other days. Has happy hour on bar. Beach is quite close

Quite a steep walk back up from beach so if you’re not very fit or got kids with you, something to think about.

Took one of the cheaper double rooms and ended up with bottom floor with a fenced window to a noisy street and also a lot of noise from neighbors, water pipes…

dinner was a massive disappointment, food wasn't hot enough at 7.30 pm , makeover looks cheap floor in reception cheap,flooring already parting.Spain needs tiles.

Some furniture needs replacing splits in plastic chairs curtains with wear in room.

Lovely hotel for what we paid, staff were very friendly and helpful - great facilities from the pool and terrace area to the lively sports bar with singers a few times a week. Breakfast was good and we had one evening meal there which was an Indian themed night with lots of choice (excellent dhal soup!). We also managed to get a sunbed each on both occasions that we wanted one! It's a ten minute walk to the beach and 20 mins into the beautiful town of Nerja, which was perfect for us!There was also a 'spa' (small heated indoor pool and jacuzzi) which we made use of for an hour and a few gymnasium equipment machines to use.

The only things some people might need to know is the hotel is on the busy main N340 road with a lovely downhill walk to both the beach and town - the walk back is therefore uphill! Our balcony (small with just enough room for two chairs) overlooked the main road, but then out to the hills above Nerja which I loved - forget the main road, the view was gorgeous.I think our stay was just out of season so a much older clientele was enjoying the facilities.

Not very much

Superior room tiny, cleanliness bad, fridge not working outside light broken. Reported all but nothing was done. Absolutely the worst place I've stayed in for the outrageous price.

Dark dingy room barely cleaned, same sheets on the bed for our stay. Rude staff, no atmosphere. Dirty pool. And took money from my bank before our stay which is against European regulations and not what was agreed on with booking.com

The hotel could do with updating, paint coming off ceiling and broken door handle, loose handrail on bath, a few sun loungers were broken

Location is good, room is clean and big. Bathroom clean.

Breakfast is not worth the price, and the walls are a bit thin so you can hear everything and can't sleep well if someone is yelling or laughing or listening to music etc.
