Staff was friendly and helpful in hotel and restaurant below. Parking area was good. Restaurant attached to hotel was good value, food and staff. Location was perfect for exploring pedestrian areas of town...lots to see and do.

The way the desk was positioned in the room, the desk chair didn't fit because it was right up against the foot of the bed. I needed to change the desk position to use the desk properly.

Very good location. Nice and tidy rooms. Breakfast is quite good.

The staff was incredibly helpful. First with explaining how we could enter the underground parking area reserved for hotel guests. Second, when my converter plug (110 outlet to 220 outlet) broke apart in the wall outlet, they came up to the room and got the adapter out of the wall with a pliers. The breakfast is excellent with a wide choice of buffet items to eat including hot and cold selections. This is the 4th time we have stayed here and we will stay here again the next time we return to Nerja.

My wife said the eggs weren't hot enough. For me, everything was good.

Buffet breakfast was very good and good value. The hotel location was perfect for our requirements. Would stay here again.

Pillows were way too soft

Only a 5 minute walk to the shops and beaches. It had its own parking spaces, with a lift to the rooms. There was a free safe to use , many hotels charge for this.

The pillows were a bit too soft , for my personal needs. No tea and coffee making items .

Breakfast was really nice. The first morning there were raspberries and blueberries for my yogurt. I loved that. Other mornings no berries was disappointing. Everyone was nice.

Clean the hot tub.. lots of hair.

Location couldn’t of been any better, rooptop pool was brilliant with it’s little bar , Staff were very helpful ,friendly and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend and return

This is the third time I have stayed here now and it is such a lovely hotel. The staff are wonderful and the amenities such as the restaurant and rooftop pool and bar are fabulous. The rooms are always very clean and I have never had any problems with them. There is a Carrefour literally next door now so that is handy for bits you might have forgotten. The hotel is literally 2 minutes from the beach and the Balcon - I hope to always keep coming back here!

Everything certainly nothing at all to complain about. The cafe staff are brilliant welcoming as well as the reception and the housekeeping excitement..

Location, there’s a Carrefour next door, room was large and airy, pool rooftop pleasant, and good food in all directions.

The shower head fell on my toe and the hot tub wasn’t hot enough

Location was excellent. Room was excellent this time compared to last couple of stays at this hotel .Room was updated with new bathroom and walkin shower. Good view from the terrace. All around much better experience at this hotel.

They were carrying out repairs on the roof so we couldn't use the pool today

Nothing really! Tea/coffee facilities in the room would be a nice addition and a mat in the bath to avoid slipping when getting in for shower.

Poor sound insulation between rooms. A little noisy at night too. The quality of the hot buffet at breakfast was poor. Always a bit overcooked.

Breakfast is good…a lot of choice…maybe warm food is a little less fresh as the breakfast window regresses…but good.My room was very good…my balcony was excellent for my requested afternoon sun

Perfect location so central in Nerja. Mena plaza is spotlessly clean and the staff are lovely. We had room 305 which looks onto the square . Balcony with chairs table and loungers.The new bathrooms are lovely and fresh white towels.The bed is only a double and hard mattress but it was fine. Pillows are so comfortable and there is an extra blanket in the wardrobe. The room has a safe.
