When I pay 160 euro per night, I expect that I will be able to close toilet door :) and Chips should not be on floor

Located close to public transportation with loads of restaurants. Close to LDLC arena and Groupama Stadium. Easy to get to historic Lyon.

Didn’t have breakfast. Location very good for access to motorway.

Very noisy as next to a busy road and there was road noise all night.The room was small and only one pillow each was provided. The previous B&B we stayed in near Épernay was far better.

Comfortable beds. The room had enough space and was quiet. Standard cleanness. Breakfast was basic but ok.

I'd like the bathroom to be bigger and to be cleaner. It was cleaned but there was some stains in the walls etc. The breakfast eggs were not good (apparently made with a prepared formula?)

Big Family room, very clean. Very friendly staff, appreciated the unique code of access for room and parking access. Breakfast was ok! Went to attend a concert at the nearby stadium/ arena and it was very convenient, 10min walk only.

Easy access into the building and straight up to the room.

Heater was not working and that night was -8C outside, brrrrr.

Machine check in outside on the wall was so confusing and only gave us code for one room, two were booked. Security guard the other side of the door just stared at me and didn’t help at all. Returned to the car after entering the very bare room and found two Eastern European ‘guests’ sleeping on the floor of the staircase. They asked me to transfer money into their account if they gave me cash. Made me feel very unsettled and I was very glad I was travelling with my partner who told them to leave when they knocked on the door again at 2am! I told the receptionist the following morning and she told me she also slept on the 4th floor and heard nothing so essentially called me a liar!

Great place to stay for the LDLC Lyon Arena. 15 minutes walking. We were there for a concert.

Not so great place if you want to visit the city. It's far and the Uber/Bolt are not that reliable. Can be 35-40 euros per trip.

Very little. The bed was comfortable though the room was old, and the radiator was falling off the wall.

When we arrived the reception was closed, but the keypad didn't accept our reservation number. We had to find another hotel for the night and, when I went next morning, I was told that we did have a booking for the previous day. To be fair, I was reimbursed for one night without question. But the next night we couldn't get in again and only managed to enter by going in around the back (by this point we had a hotel room and a key card!). On the final day, we asked for breakfast. It was very poor. Overall, very disappointing.

It's location and proximity to the football stadium plus access to the motorway were good.

I entered from the car park where the first thing that happened was the door handle came off in my hand, passing through the reception area it seemed dirty. Our bedroom had it's curtain hanging off in both the bedroom and the bathroom. It was dirty and I would have left had I not been with a tired family. Would not look to stay there again.

The check in process on the kiosk. It took an hour to get it to work and many families struggled if they had multiple rooms because their double rooms would not be under one room. This caused many credit cards to not work or to stop working. This caused us to have to use the button on the wall to call customer service who sometimes didn't answer or couldn't hear you by the loud cars driving by. The air conditioning in this hotel only works on the first floor so if you get a fourth floor room prepare to be in a sauna.

Location ok - only think about this place.

No staff, had to phone for code. Cigarette butts inside children’s bed. Bathroom door didn’t close. Air con not working (heatwave outside). Could go on but restricted.

We arrived at c. 4pm and no one was on reception. The sign said to use the automated check in, which wasn't working. The intercom also wasn't working. I phoned the number for the hotel and it hung up. I found a helpline number on the Internet and had to spend about 20 minutes (at my cost on an international call) on a call, before eventually being given the code. Really disappointing, the whole process took about 1 hour, in strong heat and my children were also having to wait. A number of other people also had problems

Nothing other than its location to the stadium but there are other properties that seem ALOT nicer

Where to start…check in was a disaster, the “kiosk” outside did not work to check in…upon return to the hotel after the game multiple guests could not access the front door and had someone inside open the parking structure entrance…no answered the “24 hrs” assistance line for after hours help….the air con did not work…our bathroom door did not close…there were no deadbolt locks in the room…the bunk bed mattresses did not fit proper…a duvet cover on one was ripped…the bathroom sink looked like it was going to fall off the wall…the elevator did not work when We arrived…I am sure I could keep going on
