Hotel Al Madarig

Location near many attraction and parking.

The first room had walls with marks and handprints on the sides and basically no windows. Also the Spa has very limited hours access and must be booked in advance. Quite an unfortunate experience.

The location was great, close to restaurants and sites. Breakfast was good, and bed was comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and helpful.

The A/C was turned off in the morning. We had to ask staff not to turn it off when we were there until mid-morning.

Beautiful hotel, very spacious and centrally located. If I was ever in this location again, I would definitely stay here.

Well appointed rooms in an historic building. Very well located on the main piazza. Close to everything. Shuttle to beach. Staff was very accommodating.

Elevator was out of order for a period of time.

The property was located in the center of everything. Walking distance to the port, resturants, shopping etc!

There were no changing mirrors in our rooms. The air conditions could have been stronger.

Location is perfect! Easy walk to the beach, restaurants & shops! Nice varied breakfast selection. We enjoyed our balcony views.

Parking is a huge issue. Be prepared to spend a little extra for parking.

Breakfast was pleasant with a good variety. A little warm in temperature.

The reception staff did not seem happy to assist, we definitely had to ask for assistance. Just a different experience from other hotels who were eager to assist. The bathrooms are a little dangerous with the steps. Two of our family members fell, thankfully were not injured.

Location is the best in town, overlooking quiet piazza and beautiful bay, right in the center of town and close to excellent restaurants . Very good breakfast included

While they say there’s free parking this is only for 6 cars maximum, otherwise one needs to find where to park and likely pay for it

The hotel is a little run done. Our bathroom shower had a very slippery floor and the shower door and marble below were soap streaked

AMAZING LOCATION, very clean. staff were very friendly and helpful. Powerful shower! Breakfast was fresh but not a huge selection.

A little run down, aircon didn’t work in our room, but couldn’t have the door open as the noise outside was so loud. Walls are very thin therefore you can hear everything. Room is dated.

Breakfast which we ordered earlier because of the flight can not be called breakfast. One plate with some sesame cookies and plate with 4 pieces of some dry sweet cake. Disappointing..

The location is good. The hotel is old, but well maintained and clean. The breakfast is varied, but not that tasty.

I wanted to use the sauna but the staff said it was fully booked. I'm not sure if guests need to book to use a sauna room. I think the room rate here is high for what we got.

Limited free parking front of hotel. 7 parking spots. We were lucky park free because of slow season.
