Hotel Cala Marina

The staff was very nice. Immediately on arrival we were greeted warmly. Our room balcony had a outstanding view of the marina & adjacent restaurant and entertainment area. The room & private bath were large enough to be comfortable.

Perfect location for the view, to relax, to go explore the coast by boat but it is the great staff that made Cala Marina great. The breakfast was also awesome, great traditional Sicilian food.

Amazing location, looking on to the marina. Lovely little hotel, professional and friendly staff, fantastic breakfast options. Parking near the hotel for a small charge much appreciated. As was the elevator - so much easier for luggage and mobility issues. Rooms facing the marina with little balconies were magic!

Only one main thing we would suggest - a more comfortable mattress. And just a little more attention to cleaning the grout in the tiles in the bathroom. Mildew can appear so quickly. Not a huge problem, but we noticed.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, directly on the marina water front. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, they made you feel like family. And the breakfast was amazing, an amazing array of items to enjoy. I would highly recommend Hotel Cala Marina to everyone. The best place to stay while visiting Castellammare del Golfo.

This property was adorable and the staff was so pleasant and accommodating. The location was fantastic It was only a 1 night stay as we had to get to the Airport early in the morning. They prepared a take away breakfast for us with hot croissants ?! I would love to come back and stay for multiple days!!!

The downstairs room was a little noisy at times.

This family run hotel exceeded our expectations. From the moment we stepped into the immaculately presented foyer we felt welcome. The staff were so friendly and helpful especially Luna, booking a car space prior to our arrival and restaurant for us as soon as we arrived. The buffet breakfast was extensive, and the hotel’s chef took great pride walking us through the range of sweet and savoury options she had prepared. Castellammare del Golfo is a gorgeous little coastal town and Hotel Cala Marina was a perfect choice to make our short stay a very memorable one.

Awesome location, over looking bay. Staff very helpful and accommodating as we had to leave early for the airport. Very friendly people.

Probably the smell of the beach. But nothing to do with the hotel

Lovely hosts, breakfast was beautiful, plentiful and lots of local variety. Our room was perfect. Love the shower. We even saw a rainbow over the city. Wonderful views of marina and city.

I loved it all.

Staff was nice. Breakfast was adequate. We found Luna, however, to be most helpful when we asked her to order pizza to be delivered to our room as restaurants were closed due to the heavy rain. The hotel was very clean.

We found the beds to be too hard. We had to remind Maria the morning after we arrived if she followed up with a boat tour company to see if they would pick us up at the hotel. (they needed 4 people). Had I not asked her, we never would have known that it was not possible to go on the tour.

Great location. Amazing Breakfasts. Welcoming and helpful staff. Outstanding views. The best compliment I can pay is that we did not want to leave! I would not hesitate to stay here again - totally enjoyed our stay!

Outstanding breakfast offerings. Wonderful location. Woman at front desk very helpful and gave us a spot to go for a spectacular view of the town and harbor and a great spot for dinner.
