The room looked like it hadn't been cleaned. Drinking water was found in the refrigerator. air conditioner There was a musty smell. Opening it looked full of dust. Very bad.

Taxi's called by the reception staff for me never turn on their meters.That is ILLEGAL.I am a frequent visitor to this hotel staying at least every 3weeks.!!!!!!
I am a frequent visitor as the staff are so friendly and cooperative as I travel alone and being 84yfs old need help.
Can't think of anything other than no power supply on the only place to work with my laptop!

Staff only talking with themself no survice.Breakfast not good quality.Bathroom very durty and smell bad.
Microwave, and coffee facilities are available 24, hrs. in. the breakfast facility. Always very clean everywhere in the hotel.

Unfortunately the 2 female reception ladies didn't speak.a word of English and didn't understand that I had paid by Bank transfer several days ago despite me showing them my confirmation copy until another staff member came to sort them out!As sure you know I am a regular customer so very surprising but as usual.I enjoyed my stay.
The ease of preparing your own breakfast and the facilities were available 24hrs a day to use the microwave and coffee machine.
The shower room in room 403 on this visit was in very poor order, needs a good scrub and the holder for your own shower bottle repaired.
