Maesot Siri Hotel

The rooms are excellent. Very spacious and practical. Desk, big fridge, coffeemaker, balcony, toiletries. Big attached bathroom. Everything is spotlessly clean. Very good lighting in the room. Unusual comfortable mattress and pillows for Thailand. A simple breakfast is included. There is a small outdoor sitting area. Snacks and cold drinks are for sale in the reception. The staff are friendly but speak almost no English. Overall, the room is a 10, the general impression of the rest is a 6, but they are one of the few places in town who are on Booking.com (or any other booking sites for that matter).

It's far from the bus station and Mae Sot is not overrun with motorcycle taxis etc. It's a hotel ONLY, one of the many new concrete box hotels that has popped up all over town over the years. Lacking character and atmosphere . They are not at all travellers oriented when it comes to bicycle rental or transport information. WiFi was poor.

The staff were friendly, the car park was secure. The outside and reception looked good.

The room was dated and the walls badly marked, the bathroom was mouldy, the shower dribbled out. Towels were freyed.

Basic but decent rooms at a reasonable price. Located in the city but on a quiet side street.

The hotel was near the centre of Mae Sort and easy to find. Check in was straight forward. Everything in the room worked as it should have. The room was clean and comfortable.

Shower water flow was relatively slow, although it was hot enough. There was no lift.

It was fine. The staff were pleasant and helpful and it's in a decent location.

The beds were a bit on the firm side, the breakfast was typically poor, but the worst part was that they think its clever to unplug the drinks fridge so guests can have a nice warm drink upon arrival.

Friendly staff, clean, good-sized rooms, comfortable bed, enough clothes hanging space, air-con, wi-fi worked, car parking spaces, fridge in room.

The Siri is in a great location. Very quiet, practically next door to a temple! It looks quite nice from the outside and is just as fine inside .... clean, everything working well, tons hot hot water. The complimentary breakfast was basic perfect to get the morning started right! it is walking distance from many restaurants and Robinson's Lifestyle mall. Definitely would stay there again.

Like the breakfast that was great and delicious ?. The balcony was amazing. The stuff was very friendly and helpful.

I did not like how people are talking next door. Surrounding was noisy early in the morning. The housekeeping was not that okay because they need to do every two days without guest asking for people who stay longer with. Now there is no water for everyday.

The Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is keep very clean both around the hotel, the interior and the rooms. Rooms are cleaned daily. Rooms are a good size with clothes hanging space, fridge, table, desk and chairs. Air-con units are modern and work well. It's easy to stay here :)

Bed a little hard

everything is good. Especially the breakfast is very simple and delicious. The staffs are very friendly and even the families of staff are there and it felt like a welcome home for me. Thanks for the great stay

The next room left the hotel early morning and it was pretty noisy. It has nothing to do with the hotel but it was the only negative point I had there.

Glad I've chosen to stay again at this beautiful place, staff was super helpful and let me check in earlier because at these times there were no many guests. Bed I really comfortable and I had a nice view from the balcony. Hot shower and good water pressure, the room has also a TV, a mini-fridge and wifi was reliable. Just two minutes from the convenience store and about ten minutes from The city mall. Will always come back here for my future trips in Mae Sot, highly recommended!

Especially the staff members seem to look down on Burmese nationals. As a Burmese passport holder, the way they treat me or communicate with me is lacking in respect.
