Hôtel Le Saint Patrice

The room is more like a small flat, extremely spacious and clean. Close proximity to everything!

The location was just far enough from the main street that is was quite and serenity. The room was excellent with plenty of space. The staff was helpful.

Good location for this basic hotel room recently modernized and very clean. As advertised, it's a two star hotel--nothing fancy so don't get expectations up. Pack lightly as there is not an elevator.

Flimsy towels and bedding but did not expect more

Cute little hotel in the heart of Bayuex. Close to everything, yet still off the main square. We were a ten minute walk past tons of shops to the tourist section of town.

Just remember to bring your own toiletries. There wasn’t any soap or shampoo in the shower, however we had brought our own so it was fine.

This was a good room fairly near to old town. Good value.

We booked a family room that was divided into 2 floors. First floor had queen bed and closet with toilet without sink. Second floor had 2 twins beds with shower and sink. You have to climb to 2nd floor to wash hands after using toilet. Awkward, but with older building I guess that is how it had to be constructed.

Staff was very nice and the rooms were comfortable.

The main area of Bayeux is a bit of a walk but close enough. There’s not much in the immediate vicinity of the hotel so you have to walk a good ways to get to restaurants and sights. But that’s the only thing I can say that we didn’t like and it wasn’t that bad of a distance to walk.

Charming hotel with good security. Bedding was very comfortable and everything was very clean. Easy to find (and free) parking close by.

Weak water pressure for the shower. However, the electric towel warmers made up for it.

Location was good-walkable to most things; breakfast was good; room was adequate,but with no AC it was challeging.

No AC, handicap accessable room. Did not need it.

It was able to accommodate a group of 3 individuals. It also had a very nice bathroom. The staff was very pleasant.

Our stay at Hotel Le Saint Patrice was pleasant overall. The check-in process was smooth, and the receptionist was both friendly and helpful, offering great suggestions for things to see and do in Bayeux.The room was a decent size, especially by European standards, and we appreciated having electrical outlets on both sides of the bed — a small but thoughtful touch. The location was great for exploring Bayeux, with easy walking access to restaurants, shops, and major tourist attractions like the Bayeux Tapestry and cathedral.

The stairs could be a challenge. Our room was up two flights of narrow, winding stairs, which made carrying even carry-on luggage a bit tricky. For those traveling with full-sized bags or mobility concerns, this could be a significant drawback.The shower was very small, which made it somewhat uncomfortable to use, even for average-sized adults. Also, while the location is great for exploring the town, it’s about a 2 km walk to the train station. We looked into taking a taxi but were surprised at the high cost for such a short trip, so we opted to walk — something to keep in mind if you're arriving with luggage. Hotel Le Saint Patrice offers a friendly, convenient base for exploring Bayeux with good service and a walkable location. While there are some trade-offs in terms of comfort and accessibility, it’s a solid option for travelers looking for value and charm in the heart of town.

The location was nice. We were close to all of the sights, shops and restaurants of Bayeux. The rooms and facilities were clean.

I was traveling with 2 other family members. We booked the Family Room style room, which had a double bed on the lower level, and 2 twin beds on the upper level. Unfortunately, this room had separate toilet facilities, which were on the lower level, and a shower and sink on the upper level. It made life a bit difficult for both parties, as you had to climb up and down a small staircase to get to and from the shower and toilet.

Quiet, great location, clean.

No coffee maker in room. Basically no toiletries.

The host and hostess were very nice and welcoming. They helped us with taxis and restaurants. The breakfast that you pay extra for was nice

The bed was as hard as a table.
