Good location and they pay cover part of parking cost

Noisy outside in the courtyard and the walls seem to be very thin

Location is perfect for touring the chateau or finding the nightlife.

The carpet was disgusting and needs to be removed. The bed was so worn out that it leaned to the side and was elevated at the foot.

Choice of pillows (not firm enough). Once the comfortable was removed, we felt more comfortable with the temperature of the room.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and nicely designed. One of the highlights was the beautiful view overlooking the hotel’s serene garden (the hotel is small and designed on a way every room will have this view) The location couldn’t be better, with everything just a short walk away, except for INSEAD which was 18 mins walk away but I didn’t mind at all.

We asked for an extra blanket but they said it isn’t available. And I stayed for 4 nights and the toiletries (like lotions and other amenities) were not replenished during my stay. I ran out of them by the last day, which was inconvenient.

Room was very small, price very high. And the water bottle they left in my room was filthy with mold and I almost drank it

On check out the staff was not professional ,The had preauthorization on my card for incidentals and the value was more than my bill , I have asked him to use the preauthorized code and he said no ? His response was that the preauthorization is a security for any damage in the room? Which I never had with hotels?? So used my card again to cover incidentals , I was in a rush to go to the airport and I had no choice but to do it

We liked everything. The spa facilities were just fantastic after a long day walking. Being able to go for a private swim with no other guests allowed in your booked slot was so relaxing. The sauna and hammam were nice but the pool was really long and narrow. The breakfast was really good - lots of options with pastries, fruit, cheeses, meats, bacon, scrambled egg, sausage, pancakes as well as tea options and coffee. The location was absolutely brilliant with the bus from the train station dropping us off virtually outside the hotel and it was a walk across the road to enter the Fontainebleau grounds, starting in the Gardens of Diana. The staff were lovely as well, especially Camile who gave us a very friendly welcome and smile every time we walked back into the hotel.

The room temperature could not be adjusted using the air conditioning controls. That was the only downside.

The hotel is situated on the main street of Fontainebleau, close to the main attractions and public parking. The hotel has a number of amenities which may be used by guests. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is clean and airy with modern decor.

We were given an upgrade to a deluxe room. However there is nothing within it that says deluxe. The room is spacious but not big enough. Toiletries and in room offer is also limited. Pity as the hotel has great potential.

The shower in our room had a bit too low pressure for my liking. Also the swimming pool area could be a little cleaner.

The location can honestly not be beat. Right off the bus stop, right across from the chateau grounds. Nearby great restaurants, the market, a good boulangerie, all is so walkable. The facilities are nice, the staff are great. The 'spa' downstairs, with small pool and sauna, excellent. Our room was set up for our dog with bowls to drink and eat out of, we loved that. The shower in the room was also classy and relaxing. I loved having Cinq Mondes soaps.

When we reserved, there should have been a mention that we were supposed to RESERVE for using the pool/hammam/sauna downstairs. They called me a few days beforehand to make sure I knew that, but by then it was too late to get a good time. I was disappointed that there were only times available on Saturday morning, the day we were checking out. If it's a spa hotel with nice quality Cinq Mondes products, there should be shampoo AND conditioner offered in the shower, and hopefully lotion.I wish there had been a dog bed offered since it was 30€ extra for the dog. The hallways were weird with up and down stairs, a strange layout that made it easy to get lost.The room was a bit expensive in my opinion for the size and the fact that we did not have all access to the spa.The pillows were disappointing, very squishy and zero volume, made it really, really hard to sleep on. The mattress and covers were great though!

Well-presented hotel with good restaurant and cocktail bar. Clean rooms and facilities.

Pool/ sauna access has to be booked in advance for one hour slots so it is not freely available during the hours specified. The slippers provided for use in the spa are an absolute hazard on the wet smooth tiles in the spa area, massive accident waiting to happen.

Super location. 50 meters from the castle’s garden. The spa is very clean and functional. Staff are very friendly and professional

The mattress was too soft and wobbly. Every time my mom moved, she would wake me up. The breakfast was nice in general. But hot dishes were not replenished promptly after being eaten.

It was very quiet and the staff were professional. The inner court was cozy and we really enjoyed having the terrasse to chill out.

The toilet/bathroom was not very clean upon arrival. The coffee maker had sand(?) in the water carafe, which was hard to understand how it happened. Clearly, the cleaning staff does not completely clean the toilets nor empty and fill the water after every guest…

The hotel is in a great central location and all in excellent condition but the best bit is the staff who are all so friendly and helpful. It felt like home very quickly. The pool is very nice too. The public underground parking is very close by & easy to use. Highly recommended.
