Central location

A very very very small room !The air conditioner didn’t work. It was a hit wave and we decided to stay at tis hotel knowing it has air conditioning but during all our stay the air conditioning didn’t work and they couldn’t repair it. We got a reduction in price for this but it didn’t compensate our suffering.

It was in the centre.

Tiny rooms, high price, not helpful staff (accidental double booking, they charged both because they didn't want to help). No breakfast included, and quite expensive to add. No parking.

The hotel seemed understaffed and the front desk was constantly busy. The price was not exactly low so, given the very basic room (small, no hand towels, outdated bathroom, hard bed), and having to pay extra for parking and breakfast, it was not very good value at all. No restaurant, but walking distance to good restaurants. Still, the staff was friendly and nice, and tried their best -- they are not to blame.

The bed was really hard on my arthritic back and I woke up with pain. Stingy on towels. Not good value for the money.

Central location

Rooms were basic but perfect for our trip as we didn’t spend much time there. A glass on the bathroom instead of paper cups would be a good addition

The air conditioner was not functioning at all. The hotel could not fix it despite repeated requests. They instead gave us table fans - that was no solution in the summer heat! I wanted to change the hotel and requested for a refund to which they were ambivalent. This was not a nice experience at all.

The hotel is located in the center of Fontainebleau. The room was clean.

The room was tiny, even smaller than a hotel room in Paris!!! Almost couldn't pass the bed with my suitcase. There was a problem with booking and I had two bookings for the same night "made for myself".Upon arrival I noticed that there were now two bookings shown for that night, so I asked at the front desk if one room could be refunded, since I could only be in one room at the same time, and it was confirmed by the front desk.Two days later however, both rooms were charged in full. There was just unfriendly replies from the hotel, and never in English. Booking told me to contact the hotel, the hotel told me to contact booking. 178€ for one night in a tiny room, times 2....We won't be coming back, not a typical, relyable ibis experience for me.

The room was tiny and stuffy. The bed was like sleeping on a plank of wood.The air conditioner was broken. The window didn't have any hooks, so you could only open it all the way.The breakfast was good, but they didn't refill the food when it ran out. Both of the juicers were broken too. The parking spaces under the hotel are impossible to get in and out of. Someone damaged my car because they had to push their door into my car to get into theirs.It's a bit expensive for what you get.

Excellent location to access shops, restaurants, chateau. Underground Parking nearby for 32 euros for a week. Comfortable bed. Good shower. Good breakfast. Room cleaning excellent.

The room could have been a little bigger with a more efficient air conditioning system.

Difficulty finding under ground car park for hotel, no signposts until at car park entrance, surrounding streets closed for roadworks so sat nav unable to help, diversion signs had not been put in place.
