Great location, nice hotel, wonderful staff and great price.

Location right by the lake with one free public beach located near and another beautiful private beach within 5 min walk.The private beach entry fee was very cheap!Great restaurants near by and the night life was great for walks and drinks.The hotel is modern and clean ;we had breakfast and dinner included that i strongly recommend!Staff were very respectful and responsive.We will definitely like to go back,Thank you to all staff for making our stay such a delight!

Staff was very cold and didn’t try to help. Water flu out of bathroom and nobody tried to help us.

Everything was great, room, food, wellness, outdoor wellness. We decided to extend stay with a day.

The location of the Hotel is excellent, the range and quality of food is impeccable (both breakfast and dinner), the staff is helpful, kind and polite, the common areas and rooms are both clean, I definitely recommend to visit!

Unfortunately, not all wellness units worked (one sauna was out of order), and sauna sheets were not available permanently. Wide drink selection at the bar but there is room for improvement in price/value ratio.

Small hotel and perfect for an overnight. A la carte breakfast and croissants, bedrooms, spa are very clean

main course was served only warm ..better they take longer to ensure hot when served.Water was v expensive when we can drink tap:-(Swimsuit in sauna incl peeling salt in sauna all over swimsuit.Suggestion for next guests...book treatments in advance

Great hotel, clen and spacious room. Sadly it was cold so we didn't use outside pool, indoor pool look bigger on picture but it was great because mostly time we were alone Breakfast was really delicious.

There's no buffe table during dinner, you can only choose between 4 meals (yss, there's two different soups), sometimes two of the menu was for vegetarians. We didn't found this information during reservation. So we didn't like the meals combination.

Comfortable rooms, good food at the restaurant, friendly staff, nice location.good value for money.

Really, there was nothing wrong

Odličan doručak i večera, lokacija je odlična, ljubazno osoblje koje se trudi ugoditi gostu. SPA je za svaku pohvalu i radi svaki dan od 10,00 do 20,00.

Very nice bedroom and bathroom, great spa center, stuff were very polite.

Dinner plates were too small and the menu choice was poor.

Elegant and beautiful hotel with a friendly staff. Food is delicious. Wellness is big enough and warm.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. Food delicious. Wellness Spa is nice and well equipped.

I couldn't connect my laptop to the TV with an HDMI cable because the back of the TV is inaccessible.

In SPA many things did not functioned ie 2 saunas out of 4 neither jacuzzi. Cleanliness should be better including balcony and SPA area.

The meals package attracted us to the hotel so it is important in our opinion of our stay. Breakfast was quite good with plenty of variety incorporating both hot and cold courses. Dinner was similar but we were a little disappointed with the cooking overall finding a few items overcooked in the mains. Excellent soups providing options we hadn’t tasted before (we’re Australian and we’re keen to try new tastes). Other than the food we found all the hotel facilities to be in good condition, clean and easy to use eg pool, heated pool and bar.

There really wasn’t anything about our stay that would stop us from staying at Aura again. The staff were easy to communicate with and met all our demands. It would have been a bonus to have a view of the lake but guess you have to pay more to get that extra.

The location was great - a short walk from the lake.The room clean.We are allowed to extend our checkout time by an hour, which was kind.

We arrived (as pre arranged) around 10:15pm. Reception was the only part of the hotel that was open.We had ordered food (only a main course was on offer) chicken and rice - plated up and left cold in our room. No sauces or condiments. No side salad, or the like.Only two bottles of water available to drink (from the mini-bar) - no coffee/tea, beer etc (although we could have pre ordered a whole bottle of wine)The hotel boasts room service - we found this is only provided during the day.After a long days travel, we felt less than welcome. Certainly not a four star hotel!

Best location and very nice and comfortable rooms. The food in the hotel restaurant is perfect and delicious.

This was our second stay in this hotel. First Time was perfect, but during our second stay it could be more clean in the swimmingpool area and in our room.

Room and facilities very nice

Air conditioning for room was not adjustable. A female member of breakfast staff was very rude to us because we could not speak Hungarian. Whilst I would not expect her to speak English (we are after all in her country), I did not expect her very unpleasant attitude nor the fact that she just walked away from our table in a huff because she could not understand us.

Quiet hotel. Lots of space for swimming etc. Close to the main promenade in Balatonfüred. Room was a good size. Breakfast and evening meal was of a good quality.

Nothing, all good. Coffee maker was complicated, but that's a very small problem.

The breakfast and dinner selections were very nice. The hotel felt great for relaxing and the rooms were very spacious and newly furnished. We very much appreciated the balcony.
