Close to train station and staff was great

The room was so comfortable and so quiet. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Great location next to the train station, bus station. Easy to walk to the center.

The breakfast was a huge selection of thin meats, cheeses, pastries, coffee, and egg dishes. Staff was super friendly,helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us. Loved the complimentary bottles of water given every day!!

It’s a nice clean hotel for a short stay with good value for money

Location and price

Property lacks energy and atmosphere. Vladimir on reception was energised warm and focused. Breakfast staff a little cool. Garage parking okay. Long walk to centre.

The Breakfast wasn't that good and lunch was even worse. No kettle in the room for making coffee.

The walls were like paper thin, i could hear every detail every step or snoring from the next room. Also the cushions were very thin and hard

Location perfect for a short walk into the centre and was able to leave our car in the underground car park pass checking out time

The room was spacious. The breakfast was excellent. The bathroom was also great. I had a balcony. I was allowed to check-in earlier.

The gym was closed. The WiFI was very, very slow. The twin beds were slipping away from each other.

Probably one of the worst breakfast I ever saw. Quality and presentation, variety is at the poorest and even disgusting level. The breakfast area was full of tables that were dirty, still with food on, nobody collect them… display of food with rest of other people food that leave it there… no heart on it, decadent… Beds are uncomfortable and need more pillows. Front desk wasn’t bad, wasn’t great we really didn’t enjoy our stay and not expecting to come back again.

They don't have the restaurant open and couldn't order room service at night.

Room was basic. Not even a cup or glass. Nothing available in roomFood nothing till 8.30pm???We were only 2 in restaraunt. It was awful!! Service was dreadful. Worst ever experience. Euro hotels should be ashamed!!

Very poor

Noisy during the night due to some irrespectful guests, speaking loudly at early hours.

Friendly competent staff who also spoke English which was helpful.Clean comfortable room.Good underground car parking facilities at a reasonable cost.

Breakfast buffet. Horrible eating area reminiscent of a works canteen. Buffet items not topped up when empty and fried eggs which must have sat there for several hours to have become quite so hard.Pastry section poor with no fresh croissants. Nice fruit juice and coffee decent.

Well-located modern hotel, great rooms with excellent air conditioning. Good breakfast.

Parking was mandatory 10 Euros even for my motorbike. With hindsight would have been better parking on the street, plenty of spaces and looked safe.

Every year I stay at this hotel during the Rototom Festival in Benicàssim. Romana at the reception is always professional, helpful and very welcoming. Danny and the other man who do the very late, early morning shifts are also kind and helpful, especially speaking multiple languages. I’ll always stay there on trips !

Very clean hotel with comfortable beds and a very large room. Good insulation and couldn't hear any noise from other guests at all. Friendly staff and room was cleaned everyday.

It was close to the station but far from the beach. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic and great value for money.

Only the distance from anywhere apart from the station.

The room was spacious and comfortable but the real stand-out bonus was the staff - they were so helpful and accommodating - I really appreciated it!

A super small comment - we had a room with a double bed, but the bed was made up of 2 single mattresses - this was not a problem for us but more just to know.
