NH Castellon Mindoro

The location and the reception staff. The staff was very attentive and friendly.

The bathroom drains had a horrible odor, the refrigerator did not work at all and the air conditioning did not cool. We had to open the windows at night so that the room will cool somewhat. Hotel needs remodeling.

Very noisy. People screaming in the middle of the night. No air conditioning. Manager wasn¿t around because it was holidays. So if there was a problem you couldn¿t solve it till the manager gets back from holiday.

staff, breakfast

Very nice location, nice staff and room

Expensive pet rate

The room was quiet, clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly.

The bathroom was small and the water pressure was low.

The staff at the reception, all ways helpful. Good breakfast Close to many restaurants and Supermarkets

Nothing , except paid parking (with discounted coupon from the Hotel)

Great location, in the town centre. The staff was extremely helpful, even helped us checking in a couple of hours earlier. The room is very clean, also AC, fridge, toiletries,. The bathroom is large and very clean too.

Everything, new style rooms have everything you need.Staff is very efficient and accommodating, Great Location, ease of access and amenities close by.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast. Public parking structure located a short walk from the hotel.

Perfect location, friendly staff, good breakfast, clean and comfortable room

Great position. Really pleasant and helpful staff. Superb breakfast. Good room time availability.

Great location. Good breakfast buffet. Friendly staff.

Not much privacy in the "glass bathroom".Reading lights not really great to use as little downlighters...comfortable beds.

It was clean and modern. The rooms were very large and modern. The Staff was very friendly.

Nothing. It was great!

Location , breakfast, friendly staff

The heating system is not strong enough

The location is great - right in the heart of the town.

First, this hotel does NOT, repeat NOT have 'parking garage' - it ONLY has public parking up the street. The description is very very misleading as it states 'parking garage' then 'public parking' as a separate bullet. The public parking is very narrow and has very small spaces - a problem for us with a larger car. When we asked the reception staff about this they insisted the hotel had parking... totally missing the point that their version of 'parking garage' is what every hotel could claim to have! The interior walls are paper thin - I was woken in the night by the energetic couple next door! The hotel is being renovated and think our room had yet to be done (a little mould in the bathroom), but there was a bathtub which was great.

Very good

The room was clean, o.k.But the smell was not nice: too much lejia, y de mal qualidad.

Very nice and comfortable hotel..functional and great bfast.. staff attentive yet professional

Nothing... Was great

Breakfast was average. Location best thing.

Hotel was really poorly decorated and bathroom awful. Shower a literal drip coming out. Tv stations available poor. Water dripping from ceiling into buckets in restaurant. The gym was pathetic. Absolute rubbish. A bike and a few dumbbells

The hotel offered a clean and comfortable stay with exceptionally cozy beds. The staff was friendly and accommodating, adding to the pleasant experience. Its location was ideal, situated in a charming neighborhood that made exploring the area even more enjoyable.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Clean, nice big bed and late check out. Location is perfect to walk through the whole city!
