Room great, bed very comfortable and bathroom spacious

Walls thin so I could hear someone coughing next door and people flushing toilets. Nowadays, you would think hotels could sort this out during construction.

Good location, a very spacious hotel, and a very responsive staff. Very clean garage right under the hotel, easy instructions to change eclectic car. I loved mandarin snacks. Dinner was great.

Breakfast was very poor, with limited selections. All the cheeses were gone. They mostly had carbs - breads and sweets. One lady pointed to empty trays, and the weightier brought some cheese only to her table. Only when I was leaving, they brought some more. I was very surprised by the poor breakfast in Spain for which I had to pay extra.

The location was literally across the street from the train and bus station. Very handy for arriving or leaving in this regard. A city bus service is also close by that will take you further in to town or to the beach if you need. Great breakfast selection.

Lighting in the room could have been better.

I liked the view, the size of the room, the breakfast options and the communal areas. Everything was clean and in good condition. The bathroom was a good size and the shower options were good too. Location perfect for the station but also the centre and parks/restaurants without being noisy.

Only one negative. Toilet paper could have been better quality/softer.

The rooms were very spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the air con worked great. The staff were also extremely helpful and very welcoming. We travelled in a group, and were given rooms directly opposite each other which we really appreciated too. The hotel is very close to the train and coach station which is really convenient, and it didn’t cause any disruption, the roads were still very calm when we were there despite there being a festival on nearby.

The staff at the hotel were very nice.The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.The location is very good as very close was bus stop to own, seaside. BUS STATION WAS just opposite, so we could travel to Villa real stadion ( bay 10).Breakfast was fantastic!.

We booked the room for 2 adults and 2 kids and breakfast. When we arrived, we had been informed that the room was just for 2 adults.Although it was prepared for 4 people on total, so was ok.But at the checkout, they told us we need to pay for extra 2 breakfasts as([ 30 euro in total). WE WERE confused about this, but we were told it was booking .com, so I would advise you to check before you arrive. But the hotel itself really good. Great comfy bed, amazing breakfast.Tiny thing about shower gel, we were expecting a bit more adanve batroom for 4 start hotel and also hair conditioner- but its subiect of personal choice maybe.Overal...I would book it again.

The suite was just what we needed. Comfortable beds, spacious and very clean.

The location was excellent as we came for for FIB festival in Benicassim. It was clean although we did experience some ants in the room. The remainder of the hotel was spotless. We had a terrace which was good although very basic

The decor was tired In our room. The bathroom quite dated. There was no atmosphere in the public areas, was all very corporate. In the past we have stayed at Eurohotel opposite, which had a vibe about it.

Bonus was the 1 Michelin star restaurant with amazing and affordable food.

The location is great. Front desk staff were so friendly and very kind and helpful. Parking is available. Breakfast is great fruitful.

The finishing of toilet is so cool and not comfortable.The Ac of my room was not performed very well.

personal. first one didn't give us the room that I reserved. Had to change it later. No idea why!

It is a very clean, nice hotel, with comfortable beds and nice rooms. The staff was very pleasant and helpful, especially Renata, who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. For us, it was a great place to stay for the night. Also, the food at the hotel, while on the expensive side, was very good.

It was a nice room with a good view over the city.

The room seemed a little basic. It had the usual but nothing more.

The location is perfect: near the railway station. The bus from airport has a stop here too.The breakfast was great!
