    Pros +

    • Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was centrally located, room was spacious and WiFi was very good.
    • Super clean, cozy rooms. AC works excellent in hot summer. Premium room with better view was even with extra amenities for free. Love this hotel
    • The view from the suite was great sunloungers and table and chairs to chill on after going shopping at Courte Inglés fabulous beds large huge even. Sleep peacefully as well.

    Cons -

    • Very loud. We could hear the neighbors (especially our upstairs neighbors who always seemed to be moving furniture around), the cleaning staff, and traffic noise from the street below. I went through and wiped down the “frequently used” items like doorknobs, light switches, tv controller, etc and they definitely weren’t clean as well as one pillow I checked with a black light.
    • Lack of professionalism of the receptionist Lucia Pancho who yelled at me because I asked where to park my car and she was trying to explain in a gymnastic English that my car is too big and won't fit in their small parking, conectted to the hotel and invited me to a payed parking somewhere around. After I told her we are tired and we leave at 05.00 AM the same night, to the airport and asked her if I can leave my car on the street where they have a 3 cars space and only one was empty, she yelled at me that she will call the Police because I didn't reserved that space before and I am not allowed to park there, although other 2 cars were parked there?. She said that cars are from a special group staying at their hotel and that they asked for that parking. Ok, on which basis this hotel decides who is special and who is not?I asked to pay, I asked to talk to her superior, nothing was possible. I asked for a valet to park the car, being a 4 star hotel, as I don't know the streets and I am tired. Mission impossible. Lucia knew nothing about anything. But she knew how to yell to a paying customer! The hotel looks as an office building rather than a 4 star hotel and every noise can be heard every hour of the night. After midnight we've been waked up by some group of customers who just Arrived and they were talking loud on the hallway and felt like they were in the same room with us. Probably the receptionist didn't informed them is midnight and other customers are trying to get some rest.In the end, I have payed for disrespect, for lack of sleeping and for a disappointing 1st time experience in Castellon. I feel tired and frustrated after some hours spent in this hotel fow which I've payed good money though! Not recommending!Never again! For us for sure!
    • Nothing. It was all good.

I booked it because it was centrally located but this is all what this hotel offers.

Lack of professionalism of the receptionist Lucia Pancho who yelled at me because I asked where to park my car and she was trying to explain in a gymnastic English that my car is too big and won't fit in their small parking, conectted to the hotel and invited me to a payed parking somewhere around. Excellent Service at reception and breakfast was very good with a wide choice.

    Nothing. It was all good.

    Big room and beds

The city center is somewhat not very nice

    7RachelPosted on: 4-19-2025

It was in a great location, walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The staff on reception were really lovely and helpful. The breakfast had a good range of choice.

Facilities were a little old and seemed like the room hasn’t been renovated in a while. I wouldn’t say it’s sound proof as you can still hear the street outside.

This hotel should not be listed a pet friendly. The hotel does not allow pets anywhere except in the bedroom. We could not enjoy the hotel facilities due to this pet restriction. We are now in a 5 star pet friendly hotel in Zaragoza and can enjoy the whole hotel including using the special pet friendly breakfast area.

Very nice place and much comfort overall

Sadly, the check-in has been delayed up to1700 with no advance communication from the front desk. Although I declared an early arrival at Castelló begging for early check-in, this would have been a proper opportunity to advise about a late check-in possibility only but the hotel didn't reply at all, letting me discover the situation when I was legitimately looking for a rest in my room at regular check-in time.Bad communication, but denying the promised rest to a Lady in her 79th year of life with no proper anticipation is not exactly what I name Respect.

    Passable

I had booked a bedroom with double bed but the bed was single. They said Thea consider all the beds double even they are single. The bathroom was smelling bad

Good standard of accommodation - a little dated but not an issue -nice large bed - decent pillows . Great location for my business meetings in Castellon area.

No breakfast on site - of had to walk to sister hotel

    7IanPosted on: 9-30-2024

Parking on site, reasonable price, staff ok

No restaurant or bar on site as advertised (at least not in the evening) however some fairly near

    8GrahamPosted on: 8-25-2024

Clean room, great, friendly staff and assisted with many requests

Cost of extras, breakfast, and parking was too expensive

    8IonescuPosted on: 8-25-2024

    - Location near the city center - Helpful staff - Clean room

    - Parking a bit expensive and steep- They ask for a deposit of 50 euros in cash for the minibar, that they return at your departure. The alternative is to leave the card details, in case you don’t care about the privacy of your banking details.

We booked late for that night after drama with an electric car. We chose the hotel for the charge point. Our charging lead was faulty and the staff both in the evening and the next morning went above and beyond to help us sort it out. We really appreciated the size of the room, cleanliness and location but the staff were what made it so good. The late check out was amazing too.

To make it even better we needed room service breakfast as our youngest was unwell and needed to stay in bed. No reflection on the hotel but if it could be offered that would be great.

The hotel is situated in the town centre, near a few restaurants. We enjoyed Como Antes. You need a taxi or car to get to the beach, which takes about 10 minutes. The beach is great and the La Ola restaurant was exceptional. The hotel is clean and comfortable and there is parking nearby. The customer service provided by Luz on reception was excellent.

    9IrynaPosted on: 6-20-2024

The room was convenient. Bathroom and a bath were big and comfortable. Good beds and bank bed - very convenient for the family. The location is perfect - short walk to all needed city center points.

The view from the window - no view, just another wall. Parking is very steep - it was hard to go inside
