Hotel Rostits

We were just passing through and needed a place to stay. For the value, I think the room would be okay since it could accommodate 4 people. Receptionist lady was welcoming and helpful, even though it was hard to communicate with her (we spoke English). There are free parking spots around the hotel building, but you might need some extra parking skills to park car there :)

The room was pretty dark. The room interior design is old. We are not sure why, but the bathtub was filled with a huge puddle of silicone near the drainage (first time seeing something like this... Maybe the bathtub cracked and it was cheaper to fill cracks in with silicone?). The receptionist didnt speak English, but managed to translate everything using translator. The corridor leading to the room had this hot, very musty smell, almost making it hard to breathe, the corridor could definitely be ventilated better. Even though the staff really tried to help and was nice, I dont think we would stay there again, just.because there are better options :(

Very close to the train and bus station (less than 10 minutes walking with kids), confortable beds, quite big room and bathroom.

Our room was placed just over the terrace of the restaurant, and we could hear people talking until late at night.

Daily cleaning of our room, everything was in perfect condition. Very comfortable beds. staff was helpful. It's near the train station and if you don't mind walking a bit, is near the center as well.

The elevator got stuck while we were inside. I don't know if this is due to the outtages a couple of days ago.

Our first impression was very good, the hotel looks okay, the room was spacious and was equipped with amenities which are more than a 2* hotel usually has, for example bidet and mini fridge. Check-in was very easy and the reception lady was very helpful and incredibly nice, she even helped us carry our bags upstairs, as we were with a baby.

We were shocked at night when we were visited by roaches in the room. This is unacceptable. We could barely sleep. Also, in the room there was a subtle smell of tobacco when we arrived.

Very friendly and accommodating staff! Close to the train/bus station. The room was quite big. Good enough for one night. They have a restaurant downstairs as well, which is convenient.

Had some problems getting into the room, but it was fixed quickly. The furniture and everything is a bit old..

Pleasant environment, close to the bus and train station, about 20 minutes' walk to the city center. Friendly staff and clean everywhere.

Spacious room with a huge bathroom as well. Very clean and tidy, with daily cleaning. You have a mini fridge to store water or some sandwiches in case you need a midnight snack. The area is quiet and safe to walk around even at night.

The bed or mattres was squeaking at every turn...next day the noise dissapeared, probably the cleaning staff fixed it or something. A blow dryer would be good to have in every room :)

The room was OK but un-personal. Good that there is a café/restaurant in the same building.

Very difficult to get in to the garage with a large when other cars are parked outside.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were large, comfortable and the bed great. The is a cafe/ restaurant on the ground floor used by locals and the quality of the food was very good. With this not being a tourist area English is not widely spoken. One of the kitchen assistants spoke good English and this helped. All in all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great base for a break. 10 mins walk to train station and a 20 min walk into the centre of the town

Reception was only manned a couple of hours per day and if you needed reception a phone number was available but no one understood English.

The lady on reception was lovely and very helpful in explaining where the car park was situated. The adjoining restaurant and bar was excellent - and very popular with Spanish locals which is always a good sign! It was perfectly situated for a one night stay on the way to the North of Spain from Malaga. The rooms are basic but clean and very spacious.

The pillows were a bit on the hard side!

Great AC and parking was easy and safe. Lovely restaurant which was the only open in the area on a Tuesday night.

We were on the 1st floor right above restaurant/bar. Very noisy until 2. The bar closed at 12 but still lots of people after. We arrived on Tuesday and not a lot of restaurants open that night.

Very close to the train and bus station, as well as to supermarkets. The bathroom is very big and the room itself is imense for 2 people in comparison to other hotels we have stayed into.

The staff was very helpful. Good parking. Close to highway. So good stop over. Breakfast at restaurant is perfect.

We are used to having kettle in room for boiling water which I noticed is not common here.

Secure parking was a great help in the busy streets. A good welcome and the hotel owned restaurant next door provided a good evening meal and breakfast. A convenient stop on our journey up the east coast of Spain towards France.
