It was very clean, the location is so good near the beach and a good view. The beds are so comfortable.

It's falsely announced as soundproofed, I could hear the person in the next room snoring and all the noise from the hallway. Food for dinner was really bad and not cheap. It was misleading to charge for drinks separately during dinner when it was supposed to be a buffet. Breakfast until 10am only in a vacation destination makes no sense. It feels somewhat oriented to retirees.

We had a lovely time at this hotel in Castellón. The family room was spacious and perfect for us and our two kids, with two large beds placed together. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the beach was just a short walk away. The food was also delicious — we were very happy with our stay!

Great location, next to the beach, the stuff so polite and kind, always smiling and helpful, the food was very very good and at a great price, we ate every day in the hotel, lunch or dinner. We enjoyed so much the 3 swimming pools the hotel had, and spa with massage. We were with our kids, they had so much fun. We were planning on visiting other cities but because we enjoyed so much the hotel we prefered to stay in it and only visited Valencia

The property was very nice and clean. There was a lot of space that has been filled with many tables and chairs. Bedroom very clean and big.

Perhaps it lacked a little bit of charm or character.

There were no information in Booking.com that you need to book a time for the spa with kids. And the spa will be closed very early in the evening.

The staff is very friendly. The property is clean. The breakfasts are good quality. Omelettes are freshly prepared upon request.

The only issue I had was the massage, which was not up to standards. I had asked for a stong Ayurvedic message, as advertised. It was more of a "feel good" session. But the facilities were clean.

With the indoor pool in the middle of the hotel there was a bit of a smell of chlorine in the common areas but nothing major.

Breakfast was excellent and dinner was excellent.

I think the accommodation is expensive and I don't like the fact that they charge extra for the use of the Spa and you have to pay for the bike rental.
