Good centrally location, very friendly and helpful staff, clean room, excellent breakfast, good wi-fi

Bad matress (had uneven surface) - this is the most important aspect to improve in the room, tinny fitness room

The rooms are very uncomfortable, we did not sleep all night due to people entering and going out , you can hear everything outside your room , we arrived at night and the receptionist claim that he doesn’t speak English, means that we should learn Spanish before traveling to that hotel,

Room was good.

Slowest check-in ever. The receptionist typed all our details into his computer very very slowly with one finger typing taking 20 minutes to input it all. When we finally got to our room the key card didn't work! My wife went back to reception and there was no apology just a grunt and he gave her a new key card.She returned to the room with the new card and that didn't work either. At thisstage I just wanted to cancel the booking and find another hotel. I returned to reception to find the same "couldn't give a damn" receptionist. I asked to speak to the manager as I wasn't happy with the long delay in checking in but the manager "was busy".After yet another long delay delay the manager appeared and told me the slow check.in was due to new Spanish laws requiring them to record all the guest details. I said this was nonsense as we have stayed at numerous Spanish hotels and none have taken20 minutes to enter details.We finally got into our room after they changed the door lock.The manager offered us a free breakfast that we accepted.The room was good but they need to seriously improve their check in process.

Nice clean and comfortable hotel in a good position with helpful and friendly staff.

Central situation with restaurant.

Room too hot owing to air conditioning not being switched on in the hotel. Had to sleep with the room window open resulting in insect bites!

I loved the location and how helpful the staff were. We felt that we got brilliant value for our money and got placed in a lovely room.

I was going to a marathon with some friends, so we had to check out early. There was no problem, so keep our bags in the reception and our food in the fridge. After the race, we could come back to have a shower in the gym and get our boarding cards printed. Very helpful people in the reception. Hotel is also very close to the center

Many restaurants in Spain is closed between 6 to 8 PM. However I was wondering, why both the hotel and restaurants in the city was closed as normal, when there a much more people in the city for the race, who also wouldn't stay up as long as they normally do.

For this price they should put a water boiler in the room.

Hotel located in a very good place in Castellon, very close to the very center, close to important points, restaurants. Very good service at the reception, very friendly and nice. Quite a nice parking lot, the room very clean.

Only the walls could be more noise-insulating from neighboring rooms.

I liked the situation of the hotel in the city center, but quite silent... The stuff's availability was also remarkable. And the cleansing of the room.

We didn`t enjoy the temperature of the room: too hot, dry enviroment, sensacion of disconfort.The food of the buffet was also regular.

The location was nice, next to the old town center and parking was provided (for a price, which was ok). Check in was easy.

Rooms were a bit bland and show some age and lack of maintenance (wallpaper coming off). Beds were just ok.The welcoming drink that was offered came out as a bit of a strange moment, it seemed like the bartender was being nice on purpose, didn't really felt welcoming, honest or natural. The hotel or services didn't stand out at all.

Every staff member at the hotel was helpful and friendly. However, I noticed one staff member staring angrily at my son. At first, I thought I should wait a few minutes to make sure I wasn't imagining it. As time passed, he seemed to get angrier, so I asked him if my son had done something wrong. He replied that my son shouldn’t take food to the rooms. I explained that, while I would understand if that were the case, my son had neither taken food to the rooms nor planned to. I then politely asked him to stop staring, as it was rude. The man stormed off angrily.He later returned, and I asked my son to go to our room. I spoke to another staff member and mentioned what had happened. The man then joined the conversation and claimed that wasn't the reason for his staring. He said it was because he saw my son touch food with his hands. I pointed out that this wasn’t what he had said initially, and asked why he couldn’t have simply spoken to me about it instead of staring angrily while we were trying to eat our breakfast. He stormed off again.After that, I lost my appetite and went to the reception to explain what had happened. They apologized and kindly suggested I speak to the manager. I decided not to pursue it further, as I was on holiday and checking out that day. I wonder if it was because my son is a teenager or because he is brown

Room very comfortable and clean with good beds. Bathroom very modern and everything needed is provided. Location is great and parking is very useful. Carpark needs some caution but is easy to navigate - just look out for the traffic light for access and departure to ensure the road is clear of other vehicle.

No bar service, coffee etc was available at the pool area but this is not a big issue.Pool was smaller than the photos give the impression of but it is still a great benefit.

Everything was great! Very comfortable beds, spacious room and bathroom. We enjoyed the sauna, gym and pool. Very friendly staff.

Very narrow garage, take care of coming with a big car.

Staff incluiding housekeeping extremmely kind n helpful. Receptionists very nice and helpful.. Delicious breakfasr and the waiteess very respectful. Amazing lounge spacious to chill n relax.
