Well located, spacious rooms and parking facilities

We had to change the room once because the bunk bed had some issues. In the second room, it was better however they need to inspect the amenities more often.

The staff was great, very friendly and helpful

The location was great. The only bad thing was the parking.Best mattress I have ever slept in

The bedroom and bathroom were fairly spacious. Our room was on the top floor with a terrace overlooking the city cathedral. The staff was very friendly and gave us three taxi companies to choose from as we were going to a festival out of town.

It was generally pleasant, nothing too crazy. The price is probably a bit high for what you get.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. They allow to have pets, and that is always a plus. It was close enough to the city center, with several options to have dinner nearby.

Parking spots could be a little bit bigger, but the parking is big enough that you do not have problems to park the car if is of medium size.

We stayed here for a week, had a good time. But the staff was very rude. Every question I asked was 1 too many. Excellent hotel location!

A great place to stay a night or two. Easy check-in procedure. Close to the train station and the city centre. The room was clean and comfortable.

Location , nice room

Poor service , every morning at 6 the cleaning service start making a lot of noise , comeback by 9 and shout at each other , they have no respect at all , couldn’t sleep ! We pay for the breakfast, but very simple , ordinary ! Some off the products couldn’t eat because was expired ….

The hotel is Close to the center. Clean and comfortable rooms. Decent breakfast

Couldn't have a dinner in the restaurant as it was fully booked.

First when I arrived, beautiful building,inside reception looks better than 3* hotel. Receptionist was welcoming, explain everything. Room was clean, terrace with beautiful view to old Town. Excellent location, everything around. Cozy big bed with lights close to bed,air conditioner was working perfect.

Bit noise in mornings,could understand cleaners very early started to clean the rooms,after 8am.

Own garage, however with narrow entrance/exit. Location near center walking zone.

Said that 24H reception, however late at night it was automatic machine. We have spend half an hour scanning passports and typing the data in. Functional, but very inconvenient.

Good internet connection, spacious room and great bathroom, towels availability and changed upon request, air conditioning, tv facility, great location and pleasant staff

Lack of vegetables at breakfast, lack of local map by the reception

The room is very big, location is ok (15 minutes until the bus station), I could borrow also an iron machine which I desperately needed.

The cleanliness of the room, the variety of the breakfast buffet, the helpful staff

Room did not have aircon, had to move to a different part of hotel staff are ok breakfast was good

Booking .com said room has aircon not true

Perfect hotel, great breakfast. Reason for me to rate so low is that it’s super noisy. I would not advise to sleep here
