Hotel Caribe IBIZA

Everything was ok.

It is very family so not the best option to go with friends. On the last day, during breakfast, I picked up a piece of bread that turned out to be moldy. Fortunately, I noticed it before taking a bite. I took photos to report it later, as I was about to check out, but unfortunately, I received no support from either the hotel or Booking. That was disappointing.

location is great, can get to bars, shops, bus stop and beach in minutes. The food choices are good too, I think there was only one day I didn't rate the food but just as I didn't have as many choices for my taste that day, other than that food was great.

It was my 2nd stay and couldn't fault as was so convenient for everything. However, if I was staying for longer and as a couple, it wouldn't be for us, but that's just as it wouldn't be to our taste. If your looking for a good value holiday, with entertainment, food, drinks and snacks, this is perfect.

Nice hotel with good facilities and food. Not exceptional but clean and comfortable with a wide range of food options. Good location with a nice beach nearby.

Hotel is getting a bit old and basic but probably you shouldn't expect more from a 3-stars.

Pool was too cold , maybe could be heated for late October.

Nice location, free parking, good for family, big swimming pool and nice attraction for kids.

Bufet is nice idea only a pity that taste of food is not so good. Lot of noise in the room from hallway and neighbors. Elevetors a bit sketchy.

The staff were incredible. Worked really hard to make the place look good, and they were very polite. I didn't use the pool as most of the time I was at the beach.

I was in 309, and the guy in 310 was very noisy. He was on drugs and was screaming in the middle of the night. A few times, I heard his gf crying. Security even went to talk to him one night. Also, I used the gym once, and it was horrible. Most of the equipment is really old or even broken. My room smelled bad, and I had to leave the balcony door opened most of the time.

The swimming pool is nice as well as the breakfast.

Nevertheless the rooms are very stark and the beds very uncomfortable.

I requested a double bed. it seems they only have singles that they push together. Bed was a little to hard for my liking.

I recently stayed at Hotel Caribe in Ibiza for a 5-day family vacation, and it was a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always making sure we were comfortable. The atmosphere was lively and beautiful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The large swimming pool and night club added to the fun, making it easy to unwind and enjoy both day and night. The breakfast and dinner were exceptional—generous portions and delicious food every day. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ibiza. Definitely a 10 out of 10!

While the overall experience at Hotel Caribe was excellent, the beds, blanket, and pillows were a bit uncomfortable. A bit more comfort in the bedding would have made the stay even better.

Numerous activities organized by the Hotel / entertaining. Really close proximity to the Es Canar sea side, Restaurants and shops. Very well kept.

Size of the room was "just reasonable" for 3 adults... and just because the stay was of 3 nights!

The breakfast buffet was quite nice and the staff was really friendly.

The room was quite normal for the price, the air conditioner was super noisy and it couldn’t be regulated. The walls were a bit scratched. The gym was too old and it closed at 5 pm, too early in our opinion.

Very clean, our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels, the staff were very friendly, the pool area was very clean and well kept. We have already booked for next year. The hotel was minutes from everything and very quiet at night.

Good location, helpful staff, clean rooms that while simply appointed, had what was needed. Breakfast was reasonably varied, though consisted of fairly basic items of simplicity rather than anything more sophisticated or elaborate. Parking was very convenient and overall atmosphere is safe, clean and welcoming.

The pre-arrival communication was poor, with questions about parking for example not appropriately addressed. The hotel is a TUI packaged tour location for Brits abroad, and has very thin walls so it can be very noisy. The gym is convenient, but needs a thorough refresh to be brought to acceptable standards. Not being able to control the in room air conditioning was odd, and inconvenient. The options are on (freezing and intermittent) and off (would be pretty warm in summer).

Good location since close to the sea, big free parking, friendly staff, everyday cleaning of the room.

Not comfortable bed/mattress/pillows, impossibility to regulate air conditioning in the room (you could only turn it on/off), limited variety of food during breakfast & dinner, poor soundproofing in the room (you could hear your neighbours from next rooms).

Food was not so good as last year, not hot, just Warm.Often the same choices at Dinner.

Lovely clean hotel, lovely staff and close to everything you need outside.

They need more lifts

I was given a larger room than I expected on arrival.The staff were very friendly and accommodating.Lovely breakfast.

Lots of variety for breakfast from cereal toast pastry fresh cooked rolls pancakes waffles and traditional uk cooked breakfast. You can have juices, fizzy and teas, coffee and hot chocolate.

There was lots to choose from there is always going to be something someone didn’t like from the selection of food on offer. If I didn’t like it I wouldn’t choose to eat it. So everything was to my liking
