Location was great! Beautiful beach, perfect for families.Friendly Staff.Mexican restaurant

We traveled years ago and the quality of the food and drinks has decreased a lot in comparison.The All Inclusive plan do not include all types of drinks. The service room for cleaning tried their best, but the balkons and overall the room was not good clean.

Although I saw some comments that WiFi network was very poor, BUT, there were NO issues and very good connection for us as of May 2025. Breakfast and dinner were fantastic; everything was exceeding expectation.For the kids, they were so enjoying pool and beach during daytime, and then entertainment shows in every evening.

Most of the kids friendly facilities are closed off-season (we went in February). The indoor pool is not heated. There's little to do with kids apart from hanging out on the beach (weather permitting).

The view was amazing! The pirate splash area was great and we liked the little playground near the restaurant. Breakfast was good.

The beds are not comfortable at all. Lunch and dinner meals were terrible. They had a great selection but everything was over cooked or undercooked or just awful. Overall if I went back I would get the breakfast only option and go out to eat.

I had provisionally booked dinner in case but wasn't allowed refund when I tried to omit dinner on arrival. The difference was about 40 euros. Thought it wouldn't be a problem! The ground floor room was small and not as nice as last year's stay.

The view from our room was stunning. We were upgraded to a suite with sea view. The hotel has everything you need, access to drinking water all day. There was a huge display of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner and all drinks included. Coffee in the room was far better than coffee in the dining area. The hotel is right on the beach, with kayaking available. Beach towels are in your room so you don’t have to ask. A great place for kids, the pools and beach during the day and evening entertainment is great for everyone. We’ll definitely return for a longer stay next time.

The room air con was set to 16 degrees when we arrived, everything in the room was dripping wet, the floors included, it took us 24hrs to dry it out using towels. That was horrible and unnecessary.. Everything else was perfect.

The location on the beach was great! The pools were fine for families but of course the biggest pool was for 18+ so we weren’t able to enjoy that. Plus the all inclusive aspect was nice and the food was good!

The room was like a closet, it was so small and there wasn’t even soap available to wash your hands. I had to use shampoo from the shower. Plus the TV wasn’t really working and there was no way to cast our streaming service to it… At a rate of $500+ a night they REALLY need to update their TVs and rooms!

Breakfast was not so good. They mainly had a lot of sweet options.

The hilly path to the room n restaurants

We only stayed one night before we moved to the sister hotel as we were booked on the Yogafit course. This was the closest hotel and you can walk in between. Our class started at 7.30am so this was the perfect location for us We actually had breakfast at the sister hotel which was very good - excellent choice of buffet and very pleasant staff.The room we had at Cala was great - sea view with balcony, spacious, clean with a modern bathroom. Lots of steps in the resort itself but lifts in all the room buildings. Really friendly staff. Excellent vegan restaurant just up the road where we had a late dinner (there's also an Italian a 2 minute walk from the hotel) The hotel is on the beach with a great little spa shop just over the road. Very happy stay.

Beds could be a little more comfortable.Sister hotel - Coffee in the restaurant - the coffee is much better in the bar which opens at 10am.Sister hotel - Milk - very watery! Again, go to the bar for coffee - it's good.

Everything was perfect! The hotel is really spacious, room big and very clean. Breakfast was amazing and the entertainment was really good

Access to the beach was amazing, great base to explore from. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Single beds pushed together. No fan in the room once weather was heating up.

We enjoyed our stay! Breakfast buffet with a stunning view, super friendly staff, lots of facilities. Congrats on the staff for keeping everything tidy and clean!

Personally we like smaller hotels, animation and show entertainment is not our cup of tea, but if you’re into that: lots of it ??

The location was great for families as it was away from the central party area and close to the beach. It was really picturesque with a great selection of pools and 2 eating areas. The beach has sun beds they you had to pay for but you could still pitch up with towels and just sit on the beach. The sea was warm and shallow and lovely to spend time in in between pool sessions. There were 2 outdoor family pools, 1 indoor pool and an adult only pool which was very quiet. The food selection was wonderful- lots of choice and great for kids and adults alike (although no gluten-free bread options). The food was fresh and replaced regularly throughout each sitting and there was always lots of it so you didn’t have to worry about items running out. The staff were friendly and the cleaning staff were lovely and cleaned the rooms daily with towels replaced. It was quiet at night so great for families with young kids.

As someone who has issues with mobility (I walk with crutches), the location was rather tricky as there were so many steps and steep ramps and hills all over the area. Lots of steps to the beach and pools and a steep hill to our hotel room and the pirate island. It was exhausting. There was a sewage smell throughout our stay inside the bathroom and outside the hotel room - not overly powering but it would be there a lot of the day. I read past reviews with people mentioning it so it appears they haven’t sorted the issue. I wish there were more sun beds as during our week’s stay, we did not secure one until later in the afternoon/early evening. Even though there were signs up telling people not to hog them, people would wake early to reserve seats with their towels and nothing was done about it. I noticed that the majority of the adult-only pool sun beds were unused throughout the day, so maybe some could be moved to the family pools to help numbers? We refused to get up super early to reserve them but it appears that it was the only way we to grab them. The evening entertainment was very random! The external dancers/acts were fab but the hotel entertainers did some very odd acts. It went over the young kids heads a lot of the times but most of the evenings, we didn’t stick around to watch it all. It is also important to note that all-inclusive doesn’t include everything. The nicer drinks, all the ice creams, the better lollies and evening bar snacks weren’t included.

The staff were great, the beach was nice.

I didn't like being on the 2nd floor with no lift and two small children. I didn't like the all inclusive bar options. When next to nothing is included in all inclusive it kind of defeats the object.

Good kids facilities and decent room

The food was not very good poor choice especially st lunch time I had breakfast early and had to wait till 1.30 pm to have something else to eat which was very limited choice
