Not really have stayed here many times. Maybe a Dj or my six at the hotel in the evenings may encourage us to spend more time around the rooftop/ bars of an evening.

The view from the room was so spectacular. Highly recommend the sea view rooms!

We were not impressed with the dinner buffet. We checked in late and did not feel like venturing out, but forego it if you can! Otherwise stay was fantastic!

Hotel employee was super helpful and accommodating. The facility was clean and beautiful. The bartenders on the roof top were awesome.

We had a very disappointing stay. The spa was supposed to be open until 9 PM, but in reality, it closed at 7 PM. The reception had an outdated schedule, and no one seemed to care. My partner and I, along with several other guests, came for a fitness class, but the trainer never showed up. The hotel later said they “forgot to update the schedule.” We waited for nothing, and no one even apologized.In our room, the phone didn’t work, so every time we needed something (toothpaste, bathrobes, etc.), we had to go down to the reception in person. Despite asking several times, the phone was never fixed.The elevator on our floor didn’t work — the door got stuck — and breakfast was very basic. Some of the food wasn’t fresh, and I even got food poisoning afterward.We also paid for parking (€70), but when we arrived, there were no available spots, and later the barrier broke, leaving our car practically unprotected.Overall, this hotel was a complete disappointment. Nothing worked as promised, and the staff showed little responsibility or care for guests. Definitely not worth the money.

The dinner was not in the same level than the hotel. Poor selection. Bad quality. Looks no chef in the hotel, only cook.

The property itself was amazing, the views were great. The staff was sweet.

My bed was extremely uncomfortable, the picture that I used for the booking the room did not match the view that I had in the pictures. My bed was extremely uncomfortable. I felt like I was sleeping on rocks after I voiced the concerns. The staff added a topper which still didn’t make a difference. If I would keep the balcony door open the front door would open up. One time after coming back from the pool I saw that my door was open luckily nothing was stolen.

We had a problem at the check in they stated that i booked for one adult and they charged me 90 euros for each day , i was upset and requested to talk to the manger she agreed to give me 50 percent off the total price even tho i showed them the confirmation email from booking.com that states i booked for 2 adults . And the service at the pool was very slow and they have short staff, the food wasn’t that good

Clean and new facility

The hotel is beautiful and has great facilities m. Breakfast is delicious! Pool is lovely and yoga class too.

Walls are either paper thin or the door connecting to the room next door makes it hard to have privacy. I could hear everything people in the room next to mine were saying and I guess viceversa, this didn’t let me rest properly.

I loved the view, the activity schedule, the nice reception area, the room decor and cleanliness Loved the gym equipment and yoga in the morning! The garden is magic

Nothing.The parking area could be improved because it’s tough to find a spot, also the breakfast option for “non-Level” rooms is only buffet (no menu) and coffee only from the automated machines

Breakfast was decent, pool is beautiful, location is a short walk to Santa Eularia town. I liked the room very much, nice decor, and shower was great.

The most annoying thing was hearing bossa nova covers of famous tracks being piped around the pool all day. A bit is fine, but they could put on a greater variety of music. This was just the same tracklist on repeat, so ended up hearing Madonna's 'Like a Virgin' in lounge jazz style about 3 times per day.

We went for 3 nights for our honeymoon from 14-17th April and were in room number 716. Everything about the property deserves a thumbs up. The location, behaviour of the staff (we went at 9 am and we got the room), the breakfast buffet is widespread, the dinner options, the pool, the pool cafe. We would like to come back once again. Pro tip for others please choose the rooms between 701-716 (premium room sea view) for a better view of the Mediterranean and the hills nearby.

I went to do the 12k ibiza marathon.location was perfect to expo and start line. 5 mins walk to the harbour and beach . Lots of shops restaurants and bars all around the harbour and beach. Beautiful scenery. All types of food available in a variety of restaurants. Staff seemed to be at a low but probably due to it been mid April and season has fully started yet..

There wasnt enough staff so waiting on food and drinks for a large group was roughly 1-2 hours. Mainly 2 hours but on occasions when few people only ordering was quick enough. They didn't have a good variety of drinks (alcopops) in particular. Lots opted to not drink because of this.

We stayed in the Next Level side of the hotel, the breakfast was top class, room was one of best I have ever stayed in and finally the View from the room was out of this world, heaven !
