Club Cala Azul

We are a family of 4.The staff were exceptional from the start. Roberto, the bar staff and the entertainment girls were great with our 2 children. Food was great, could not fault this hotel. We will be back

I had a really lovely stay at Club Cala Azul. The room was clean and I slept very well. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The palace was clean and location was ok, but the view was actually quite nice ??Oh, most importantly the place was very tranquil and quiet! ♥️

Couldn't connect to the WiFi for some reason. And quite strong bleach smell once you move in. But the place was defo clean and nice.

The staff were great, from Magdalena at reception to the ladies at breakfast, the girl at the bar, the pool and maintenance guys, the housekeeping team. Nothing was too much trouble, very friendly and mage our stay extra special.

The property was great, the views amazing, the location perfect for us. Could benefit from more power sockets lamps inside.

The view is wonderfull. You can watch a beautiful sunrise.The location is at a 7 min walk to a beach.

It has only 3 or 4 buses comming around at different hours.If you want to get around the whole island you need probably taxis.

We stayed a full week here and were pleasantly surprised by this place. All facilities were good, like the pool/sunbathing area, the gym, the nice beach you could walk to. Also we enjoyed the half pension, the quality of the food was high. For breakfast we could choose eggs/bacon/toast freshly made in the kitchen and there was a small buffet with fresh baked goods, fruit, yoghurt, cheeses etc. For dinner; you get a full three course meal with big portion sizes of good quality food. The (pool) bar was open all day for drinks and ice cream. The beds were comfortable, the shower was hot and with good water pressure.

On the menu a bit more vegetarian options would be nice, there are only a few vegetarian starters. Be aware that the location is very good accessible but if you want to explore the busier side of ibiza, you won’t find that here. So you preferably need a car and have to drive to other places for busier crowds. For us this was not a problem at all, we enjoyed the quietness.

One of the room wasn’t that good, broken bed and awful smell from the bathroom.Even though there were almost everything in this hotel we couldn’t quite grasp the atmosphere… A few things happened that made us uncomfortable… a bit weird..,

Manager Roberto was very helpful! Very jolly, even took me for a drive in his car around the area.

Missed the evening meal on the first night due to late arrival to the hotel On the final night, had some rowdy neighbours, drinking and talking loudly past midnight.Roberto said he would speak with them.

Loved the quiet location, the overall vibe, the friendly staff, breakfast was great, the pool was lovely, beach, supermarket and restaurant close by, we’ll be back next time with the kids because I think they will love it too!

More quiet part of Ibiza. Breakfast was nice! Staff was nice and helpful!

Not enough buses during the day

The rooms, restaurant and pool overlook the sea with lovely gardens and pine trees. Loved outside dining with table service, friendly staff and excellent food. When we went (early June) hotel very quiet with few guests dining.

There is a limited bus service so really need to hire a car if one wants to see rest of Ibiza...which we did.

remote location, good for calm. few kids at the pool. architecture is reminiscent of the ibiza white fincas. rather clean.

almost nowhere to park, so had to find a spot on the streets nearby every night. breakfast was simple and OK. I had to ask for a blanket for the bed. Too bad the compound is fenced so you can't walk to the sea from my room (135): there was only one entrance to the cliff near the restaurant. No water in the minibar. Wifi didn't work in the room. Pretty remote on the island.

The location was good, which is why we chose that hotel. That’s it really.

If you’re going to accept people to your hotel in September, you’ve got to commit to having things open and accessible. Each morning we were served a continental breakfast that got smaller each day and by the end the fruit salad was just pieces of fruit to cut ourselves. The swimming pool stopped getting cleaned and was dirty. No outside bar staff were available most of the time. And on the last night, the power went out on the site and no staff were on hand to help or offer assistance. So we just had to sit in the dark with no AC (with our one year old baby) until it came back on in the early hours.

The staff are friendly, the pool loungers were comfortable and there were plenty, they also came with parasols. The hotel as a whole was very clean indeed.

The room is a bit basic and doesn’t feel homely, the wifi is pointless and it was hard to get drinks or snacks outside of core hours.

Seems like Italians are treated a lot better then all the other guest from different nationalities. Talking on ur back in Italian like you don’t understand a word they say! Extremely aggravating.

Great location nice size swimming pool. Nice staff and nice food. Room was basic but very clean.

Overpriced for what it is...
