we were on the top floor and away from the pool area so it was quite which was great even when there was a party at the pool. the events and some staff was very attentive- especially Mar Leal. This is my third time staying and they recently renovated which is much better!

Couple issues - Unfortunately the cleaning team didn’t clean my room. Breakfast the food was stone cold - I sent back twice and it came back cold twice so I gave up and ate cold eggs and beans haha

The pool when it was accessible it was nice and the one friendly staff member (blonde woman at guest experience).

Pretty much everything. This was honestly the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The hotel has no problem messaging me multiple times asking me to rate my stay a 10 out of 10, which is absolutely was not. But fails to respond to my inquiries about when the security deposit would be released. From the moment we arrived to the day we left, it was one thing after another and at breakfast of our final morning I couldn’t keep it in anymore. Whilst I was in the middle of breakfast, one of the servers (who I unfortunately had every day I was there, the taller gentleman with the brassy blonde hair) without any word grabs our beverages and walks away. No word on whether he’s gone to refill them, or bring us new ones. I just sat there stunned for five minutes before realizing he wasn’t coming back. I walked up to him and asked why he did that, he said because there was only a little left (about 1 cm of juice left in the cups). When he said that, I said yes but there was still juice in them and we were still eating, and he kept arguing that it wasn’t enough juice left. Regardless of if that is the case or not, he should have either vocalized that or asked if we wanted a refill. He truly has no business working in hospitality. The final day was just a nightmare, they were rushing guests during breakfast and off the property (THE DAY AFTER THE HORRIBLE STORM AND FLOODING) because they were hosting an Amazon movie premiere. Perhaps they shouldn’t allowed bookings the day before if they knew the needed to turn the resort into an Amazon activation because everyone was just so horrible, rushing people off the premises. And these are only two examples of everything that went horribly wrong. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

amazing hotel and staff. we stayed at Ushuaïa for 3 days prior to coming to Destino. Destino offers a high-class exclusive atmosphere to relax and unwind.Great staff, and General Manager Justo Garcia.

They didnt allow late check out even though room was empty for hours after I check Ex out. Manager Miguer is terrible ab

When i made the booking i. got sold the room as a 40m2 when i got there they told me at the front desk its 20 m2 plus the terrace i don’ understand how can false advertise like this. The room was definitely to small and i will complain about this to get my refund !! Cause its not normal to give me a room half small from the one i booked!!!

The place is missing the vibe. There is a few ware and tear even though it’s new. The fridge in the room is extremely loud, the water pressure is really low.

The stay was incredible. The hotel has just finished renovations and the rooms and shared areas (restaurants and pool ) are very beautiful. Most outstanding was the staff , especially the Front Office Manager - Goncalo Correia , who went out of his way to ensure that our stay was perfect in every single matter. He was extremely accommodating and helpful to our many needs including helping us bring and find last minute accommodations to an additional 5-6 friends who wanted to move to this hotel after they heard all the good things about it from us. His team was helpful and kind and supportive for things we needed as well.We even moved to the suite for the second half of our stay and it was large and fantastic :) highly recommended .One of our best hotel stays in the world, and we travel a lot. We will certainly be back next time !

Great pool and villas for allocating the rooms

the room size announced is not true. they sell 25 sqm and you find 14 sqm Our room didn’t have phone working , amenities or towels the first day, the team catch up later on

1 restaurant , small room, stuff at the guest service can’t really help with room cleaning or other requests

food, ambiance, view, service, cleanness, beds and pillows excellent, incredible hosts and staff , delicious food!!!

small bathrooms , location is beautiful but need to have a car to go anywhere
