The property was ok, but it didn’t have a front desk. When we arrived there we didn’t have a code, the code was sent after our arrival.

No receptionist, lonely at night, very far away from Ibiza and it was empty the whole time we didn’t see anyone. Most people on this town were over 60yrs old. Very expensive cab to Ibiza.

Close to everything. Air-conditioning. Beautiful style. Didn't see any staff but a phone number was provided if needed.

There was an ugly pool in front of the hotel, very loud music. The windows wouldnt open and the bathroom was very uncomfortable.

Good size room, easy to access, close to restaurants, safe for a solo traveller

I booked last minute in low season and stayed two nights in April. The room was bright, extremely clean and had everything needed. Lovely kitchen, communal area and work space downstairs. I would definitely recommend to others.

nice price, I would recommend upgrading for a sea view room, my view was a parking lot... I liked the community area, room was nice too

horrible smell from the bathroom, the view on the parking lot wasn't really nice.Don't expect much from the breakfast, there is bread u can toast, butter and jam.. some of the jams were molded, I threw them away

when I got to the hotel I notice the AC wasting working so I texted/ emailed the manager and they said they would find a solution THEY DIDNT so after one hot night and 2 days waiting I left the hotel 2 nights before my check out date. I also emailed booking about it and I’m waiting for my refund

The location was great and the view to the sea made the stay even more wonderful. The room was small but very comfortable and the kitchen facilities were great, we cooked every day and really appreciated having this space.

The shower in the bathroom doesn't have a door, which meant the room's floor got very wet every time we showered. We would suggest having a door or a curtain to avoid this.

I asked for a quiet room but there were nearly constant slightly buzzing sounds from machinery in my room. At night - head on my pillow - the sound was even buzzing in my ear through the bed/ pillow.

Location is good and the conditions for effective work are in place. Additionally, staff positivity, energy, friendliness, helpfulness was great. Morning view from the room was nice and proximity to essentials practical.

The room was spotless on arrival, but sadly, no clean after the week as promised.The bed was very comfortable, but the bottom sheet didn’t fit & moved overnight ??‍♀️

Really enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable and beautiful hotel with nice common amenities in close proximity to the seaside. The site manager was super nice and very helpful ☺️

It seemed a bit abandoned from the outside. There was some garbage and the whole front outside area is not being taken care of. Smelled like sewage here and there which was not pleasant but maybe there is a site issue? Not sure.Could offer cleaning (not as an extra service) if the stay is longer.

It was good value for money.

We unfortunately didn't enjoy the stay, the room smelt like drains, and when you used the shower or sink it REALLY smelt. The bathroom and room were a bit dirty too, it didn't feel clean. All the facilities were downstairs, we only used hot water to make a tea, but the kitchen also had a funny smell so we didn't hang around.Didn't see any staff the entire time, and it's quite loud everywhere with not much soundproofing.Wouldn't stay again.

Good place for working remotely. But not really a good spot for vacation.

In a remote area far away from downtown. As a solo traveler, I wouldn’t recommend as most people you see are old couples .

The property was in an area with nothing to do if you are a young professional, the location seems like a random choice for digital nomads as the area is meant for kids. Otherwise, the room was tiny (couldn’t even open a carry on suitcase), the door was broken, there was a constant smell in the main lobby and shared spaces, as well as in the holding room for bags.

Not having a reception makes you feel more at home. The kitchen area was great. The room was a good size. The bathroom, spacious and convenient. Laundry for free for customers.

The main door was broken, so the hotel was open to anyone to walk in. Luckily, this is a safe area.

I liked that there was a small beach walking distance and other nice beaches about 10 minutes by car. Also a few restaurants around.

The room was small despite my request for separate beds being approved; instead, I received a small double bed, possibly 140 cm wide. There were no facilities to dry beach towels, and room cleaning only occurred if you stayed for a week. Additionally, I was unhappy about being asked to provide credit card details for a deposit just days before check-in, even though I had already paid at booking. Sharing sensitive information like this on unverified or insecure platforms is risky, and improving this process would be beneficial.

Loved the independent nature of the stay and the staff were super helpful. Lovely location and could not ask for a more aesthetic place to stay. Check in was easy and so was leaving.

Was advertised as no parking but there were some options available. Would have been better to be more clear of discount available for secure car park. Wish the kitchen was kept cleaner in terms of fridges and freezers as there was a lot of out of date food
