Beautiful location in a quiet part, beautiful property with full amenities

The modern rooms, view, pool and access to the beach

Staff weren’t so friendly and nice..

Location and facilities were fantastic.

Service overall can be improved. Pool service and front desk lacked in high level.

The room was very clean and tidy. The cleaning staff did a great job picking up the room everyday. The view from both of the pools was stunning. The ground pool was heated which allowed for some great nighttime swims but they were almost always out of pool towels before the sunset even came . There was access to a pretty good beach which was nice.

The rooftop pool was really cold in late May so I wish it was heated so we could have experienced it more. The nearby town wasn’t very good for shopping and there were only a couple of good food spots.

Amazing location on the water with beautiful pools and grounds. Beautiful breakfast buffet and very friendly staff. What a shame it was completely spoiled for me by the constant loud music everywhere.

Constant blaring music with a heavy disco beat everywhere nearly all the time ...even at breakfast!Annoying bright lights flashed on automatically when using the toilet; awful at night and no way to turn them off. Overhead rain shower with not enough pressure so water dribbled out.What a disappointment since the location and grounds and general facilities are spectacular. Turn off the blaring music, ditch the toilet interrogation lights and provide a decent shower experience and you would have a five star experience. As is it wasn't for me.

The staff were put in an impossible situation and were embarrassed by the fact the fact that the hotel had no functioning bars. The staff were brilliant.

Most advertised facilities were closed including restaurants and bars. The normal breakfast area was also turned into a building site for a private event. Pool and pool area un-usable (broken glass, towels in pool). Totally misleading information and a 1 start hotel at best.

Great location, amazing Spa, comfortable rooms and great reception/front of hotel

The last 3 days was overrun with a large family celebration which made the hotel untidy, lots of loud children and not many sun beds to choose from. Had we known that ahead we would have changed our hotel. As it was not relaxing the last 3 days.

Always a pleasure to come to Bless hotel. Special thanks to Valentina who makes effort to get me the room that I wanted.Very nice cocktails made by Alejandro from Epic.Personel from room service are very nice.

I used to get a little welcome back word in my room with some snacks and with 2 cocktails at epic, which I appreciated a lot ! But I did not received it this time .. :(

The spa was beautiful but the staff were really rude.

Location

Service, for a place that’s charging premium prices the service was shocking. For breakfast there were no plates or cupsI turned up for yoga only to be told I have to bring 6 people for the class to go ahead.Restaurant closed, which were not informed.The worse was waiting for towels which were told that will take 20mins, but never turned up.

I had a whole family of mosquitos in my room and there were big blood stains in my bedsheets. The food was pretty average for this level of hotel. I found the staff in the restaurant rather inattentive.

Breakfast was a good selection or foods. Main pool was lovely. Room was nice size.

Only the main pool was available at no extra cost, if you wanted to use the rooftop pool it came at an extra minimum charge of EUR 250, which is extortion given we chose the hotel for its great pools.

The restaurant next door

My room had bad drainage problem hence the smell. Also the restaurant never had anything available that was in the menu.

The location is ideal, situated on a gorgeous cove and right beside es Canar town which is a laid back cool area and the larger town of Saint Eulària also close by. On the beach there’s 3 restaurants for lunch / dinner which is very convenient. The staff were fantastic, so attentive and couldn’t have been more helpful. Lovely food & drinks in the restaurants on site and a delicious breakfast. The room was great size, so clean and comfortable. The Spa is particularly special and so relaxing and there’s also a well equipped indoor and outdoor gym.
