Hotel Mongibello Ibiza

Great location. Excellent breakfast.

People reserve pool chairs ALL day and never use. Most resorts move them after 30 minutes if nobody is around.

The design was beautiful with a retro 1960s Italian vibe, the room was clean, the location was quiet, and breakfast was good.

However, bathroom items took too long to be replenished (sometimes we had to ask twice). Considering we paid nearly €350 per night, the coffee capsules were not replaced daily – something we’ve never experienced elsewhere, even in hotels at half the price. Also, there was only one staff member at the egg station, which meant long waiting times.

The pool , spectacular views of the ocean

Few members of the staff particularly the pool was rude & not pleasant to deal with . Few miscommunications for example the front desk didn’t provide the entrance code for parking .Front desk also quoted a different price for the extended night . Towels can’t be returned till 10am the next day which was quite inconvenient as we wanted fresh pool towels . The smell of seaweed from the sea had a terrible odor which you can smell from the balcony .The beach is also not the cleanest .

The beach close to the hotel is not the nicest one; be aware there is a 20 min taxi drive to the Marina/clubs areas

My girlfriend and I stayed at this hotel for 10 days. I highly recommend it! Public parking is available right next to the hotel (we always had space at any time). The staff are very attentive and helpful. The decoration of the hotel, the swimming pool, the choice of cocktails by the pool, the breakfast, everything was very good, nothing to complain about.If you want to enjoy a quiet place that's close to a very charming little town with plenty of restaurant choices, I'd recommend staying at this hotel. We loved it!

Very pretty hotel with a unique design. Comfy rooms and beds. Nice pool area. Very friendly staff. Beautiful breakfast area overlooking the sea. Quality breakfast. Located in a very quiet and nice area. Fair price for Ibiza peak season. Recommended!

Amazing stay at Mongibello Ibiza! I never rate hotels with 10 - but this hotel has really exceeded our expectations! Room is immaculate, sheets sparkling white, the overall design is fabulous, the attention to detail is insane, pool and amenities fantastic, food was varied and great for breakfast. It felt like we stepped into a Vogue cover spread for the whole time we stayed there! Absolutely gorgeous! They even have a pillow menu! We upgraded the room to a suite with sea view for extra 120 euro/night. Best decision we ever made. I think we spent first hour, just taking pictures of the place! Gorgeous! Private sun loungers on the terrace and outside private shower. And absolutely it's all in the theme.

FINALLY they cleaned my room and happened that they had service but they did their best to skip it !!!Upon my check out i was caugh on a phone call and for 30 min delay while the room was emptied and my luggae was packed , just didnt inform them 30 minearlier , they charged me 50 eur ! gain i found it cheap ! i would tip the guy for 50 eur but te managemnt of the hotel was earning small money wirh cheap behaviour instead of highering the price

Although the breakfast was plentiful it was cold. A large selection for all tastes but spoilt because of the temperature. Don't like the joint single beds

Very beautiful hotel, made with lots of taste! We really enjoy the theme of 60s in Italy. DJ comes to play by the pool. The hotel is spotless clean and the breakfast was amazing! Everything was perfect and we had the best time.

Great decor, great vibe (special shout out to the DJ by the pool). Super comfortable rooms, really good breakfast and good location a short walk from town.

Would have been good to get coffee and water topped up in the rooms each day.

The location, view, pool, buffet, everything about this place was insane. Balcony room is highly recommended . Within walking distance of beach, shops, tons of places to eat, small town feel, etc.

Prices, but it's Ibiza, so it's to be expected.

The view from the bedroom was really nice and the breakfast was lovely as well.

The staff is unfriendly, when we arrived we had to wait and had the impression to disturb them. When asking questions at the reception or calling from the room, we still had the impression to annoy them. Additionnally, the first room in which we stayed had an odour which woke us up in the middle of the night and had to change room the next day. No excuse at all.We had queries about parking, and accesoiries in the room, we were just told that our room was not a suite hence we are not entitiled to them.The TV was not a smart tv as described and we had to connect via bluetooth to access to it. It was a waste of time.The swimming pool was not heated, a shame but it was still ok.To be honest, I would no recommend this hotel to any of my friends, it was way toi expensive for the quality and the fact that the staff was unfriendly ruined our experience. Fortunately we have been to other venues during our staybin Ibiza which made us feel on holiday.

It’s gorgeous! The pool area, the sea views, the meals, the staff. Really enjoyed my time there.

I really wish there were a switch to control the light on my terrace. It turns off automatically at midnight, but it’s hella bright. Streaming services for the lovely TV in the room would also be a nice touch.

I had a truly magical stay at this hotel. Everything was immaculate,the staff were exceptional as was the service.Breakfast options were superb, meals were beautifully presented and great flavours, maybe the evening menu is limited if on a longer stay.The pool area and beach are stunning. An absolutely brilliant stay.

Loved the vibe - the ample sun loungers round the pool and the comfort of them. The hotel beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. The supermarket across the road for supplies.

We asked for a quiet room on the top floor as we don’t like anyone above us. We had a beautiful suite room 242 but we had noise from the above room (341) they moved furniture and moved around in the early hours of the morning which was most disturbing as we couldn’t get a good nights sleep for about 4 nights of our stay. In future we would ask to move to the top floor before unpacking if our preference wasn’t given (top floor)
