Pros +
- Great quiet location, lovely amenities, very well kept grounds & staff were mostly very helpful & friendly (just the odd grumpy one - here’s looking at you old mate glass collector of a night at Wunderbar
- Activities, space, rooms, personeel top
- I liked the location as close enough to walk to the beach and nearby beaches. Also the bus stop is very close.Breakfast was ok.The TUI Team was helpful organising excursions.Pili from the Beach Bar is a wonderful person.
Cons -
- The food. It’s terrible. Cold & poor choice, barely any snacks of a day & we ate out a lot as a group
- Food was medium in choice and taste. The restaurants were advertised but no way to get a booking via the app.The bathrooms are tiny and there is only soap. The pools are small and packed and the area around does not look very maintained.
- Very slow internet , in many places no connection

Very good hotel , food , service , entertainment
Very slow internet , in many places no connection
Everything! The place is amazing, have all that you need for a family holiday! Plenty to do for kids of every age, lots of food and drinks, staff amazing, comfortable rooms, place clean and safe for the kids going alone.
Loved everything
Better choices in the restaurant. The food was terrible and bland. For a country known for its spices and speciality cooking, the restaurant did not demonstrate that at all.For an all inclusive holiday the hotel was below average and am outraged at this. And to only get one choice in one of the two speciality restaurant. This is outrageous. I paid a lot of money for this holiday £3000!!! For a single person! When we arrived from a very delayed flight due to the weather. The hotel was in pitch black. The check in guy gave me a map a told me in bad English which way to go. I was so exhausted, and with a broken case, I attempted to find my room. Thankfully, I arrived with my sister and family ( two very tired small children). So we worked out together!!! This is not acceptable.Throughout the week, we saw holiday makers arriving, and all of them were given a ride to their hotel room. The pictures on the website need updating because they in no way reflect what the actual hotel and beach looks like. The hotel is run down and is good need of a renovation. On the website the beach has a beautiful pier/jetty to walk on...what I saw was some planks of wood that you could walk on. With shoes so you didn't get splinters. My room for one person was great. It was much more spacious than my sisters room for a family of four. They couldn't all sit on the balcony and most definitely couldn't swing a cat in the living spaces!!!We paid a huge amount of money for a holiday that was not worth what we paid.
ABOVE, I have written what I DIDN'T LIKE.There wasn't a lot that I did like. The drinks were very low alcohol and the bar food wasn't great. The pools were great ?
Location was great, close to the beach and local towns. Buffet was good quality food.
Pool area small, staff not very happy or approachable, bar drinks terrible, beach bar opening times closes at 4pm should be open later, rooms terrible, you can hear everything and everyone really struggled to get a good sleep, bed really uncomfortable
The gardens and vegetation on and around the property were beautifully maintained and added to a sense of space. The food was outstanding. Whilst there were a lot of activities you can either get involved or just chill, no pressure.
Wifi
We had to move hotel.
Dirty room, food bad
Staff and activities.
Beds are small and two singles to make a double with two single duvets.Other people’s hair on the floors. Chairs on balcony are dirty.Need free water in the rooms not just a handful of fizzy drinks.
Spacious apartment with large balcony. Very hard working staff. Always smiling. Great kids clubFood offering was good. Philipp (deputy manager) was a very special guy. Had a lot of time for him. Crepes and cake booth during the day was a great touch.
The soft drinks were terrible. Either fizzy drinks or fruit juice made from sweet syrup or concentrate. Lack of fresh fruit juice. Maybe some cordial/squash at the bar to add to water. Evening entertainment was poor on many levels. Trying to book restaurant and the app refused to give us a booking for three although could book for two. TUI rep had to book it for us. Bodega (restaurant) had no explanation on how the process works. Maybe some information on the app would help. Ended up leaving early out of confusion of what’s going on.
Great for kids. Pools and water slides great and the games room mini golf etc are good
The buffet dinners are great and have a huge variety but maybe are a little monotonous after a few days and the menu is overly cutting to the German tourists eg: lots of pork knuckle, other pork etc served
The location is good, the Cala Pada beach is nice alttough not the close to others in Ibiza. The property is big, but a bit dated. The staff was very nice, the food was good, the drinks were decent
The property is old, the all inclusive is really only one restaurant, booking one of the other 2 was impossible. The bars didnt have much of a selection. For the price its not really a great option.
It was a pleasant hotel with clean rooms and on a nice beach.
Although the resort was between two towns it was fairly isolated. It is a family resort but has not much children’s entertainment and frankly the food was poor. There were choices but food was never hot.
Great food, great Staff. Entertainment Team were brilliant.
Clean, easy to use and access everything, staff were great, great facilities for the kids.
Not much at all!
Lots of sporting activities for older children and lovely well maintained spacious grounds. Access to a lovely beach and restaurant / bars as well as the swimming pool was great too.
Scheduled opening times of different cafes and coffee house etc. It would be good to have a more flexible cafe / drinks point open longer more flexible hours. Great quality food.
The activities and pool
The rooms are dated need modernisation. Single beds instead of double not good . The patio doors didn’t lock properly .
Lovely resort with lots of amenities such as a gym, mini supermarket, laundry, arcade, beauty salon, park, etc on site Mostly child friendly and plenty of variety of food.
There was a large kids club with lots of toys / facilities, but my son was unable to use as he was under 3 years old so couldn’t join the club. I just simply wanted to take him to play with the toys as nobody else was using them (not many people at all used the kids club) seemed like such a waste of resources. Evening entertainment on slightly late for young children
Location and beach was nice!
The mattress was very hard. The tennis court was very sandy and therefore slippery. Everything seemed to have been worn off.
