Mec Paestum Hotel

The hotel room was very comfortable and clean. Our Seaview room view was excellent, we took many pictures of our surroundings from the balcony.

Had some difficulty communicating with the restaurant staff but we worked through it.

Great hotel, nice staff, good price and spacious modern room, with big free parking lot, not far from main attractions.

The breakfast was relatively poor for such a hotel.

Amenities (pool, beach, and breakfast) were amazing. Also, the hospitality was fantastic. The staff were very helpful.

No gym - would love to have a treadmill, weights, elliptical.

beach was close by but since we went in December, we probably did not get the full experience of the resort. The pool and lounge area also seemed great, but it was too cold for us to take a dip. Staff were very nice - they let us borrow a couple outlet adapters because I forgot ours. The baths had cool whirlpool jets that made the stay feel very luxurious.

- The staff was super friendly and helpful- the heated pool - the private beach and the shuttle

- 2 nights we could not sleep until 1 AM because of the noise coming from the weddings- the electric pannel switch kept making noise each time the light in the hallway opened (which was a lot of times, they fixed it after 2 nights) - not great soundproofing between rooms- the salty part of the breakfast was poor- if you come back to the hotel late you might not find available parking spots because they are taken by the wedding guests. - the rooms are tired and especially the bathroom - not a beach-front property- not suitable for families with small children

Jacuzzi was excellent Lunch and snack options great

Pool wasn't heated so was very cold Dinner expensive and ok

- friendly staff- on request added additional soft top on the bed- warm jacuzzi - beach in a walking distance - we enjoyed nice fireworks prepared for the somebody's wedding

- room is small and a bit tired - needs renovation- connection to the station and city only by taxi

Modern, full of interesting art (stag holding a chandelier in his antlers in the lobby and a giraffe with a chandelier suspended from its mouth), very clean, large rooms.

There was loud music all night that shook the whole room.. The room wasn’t clean and checked us into a room that wasn’t ready. The aircon didn’t work. The staff didn’t help. Do not use this hotel. At best it is a 1star hotel

Loved the hotel amenities, the look & feel, the hot pool on the 1st floor. Easy free parking. Good breakfast. Beach in walking distance. Sparkling clean. Excellent sunset view from the top. Will return.

Everything was comfortable

Great location and friendly staff. Good breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. Nice access to the beach and easy to get to nearby sites.

Could use a renovation of the rooms, although still quite nice. The facilities are mainly set up for weddings and other events.

The air conditioning was off because it was already October but when you are 3 in one room you do need it a little bit.

Exceptional quality at a very reasonable price point. Warm welcome upon arrival and a very smiley porter who assisted us. Public areas were very smart, well maintained and very inviting swimming pools. Beach was lovely, clean and easily accessible. Beautiful sea view from our balcony.

The bathroom looked a bit tired maintenance wise, and we asked for our room safe to be available, unfortunately this request wasn't carried out. There was also one barman who came across somewhat surly on the couple occasions we ordered drinks, perhaps he was having a bad day.

The friendliness of the beach bar staff Nino and Diana - so helpful and welcoming with plenty of refreshments. Looked after all our needs despite the strong wing blowing the soft sand. Well done both

When we arrived there was a wedding reception in full flow on top floor with very loud boom/boom music & singing noise heard all over hotel. Even by the pool we were disturbed by staff getting ready for wedding evening entertainment with noise/disturbance continuing. By 11pm with no sleep we complained again but heard that the manager was not interested in helping or offering any compensation!!!Eventually a kind under manager Toni (Anthony) took suggested we drive 5km after 11pm!! to a sister hotel (lower standard and much worse room - no balcony or sea view) so at least we might get some sleep. So, appalling reception and senior management no concern and disgusting customer service - our booking should not have been accepted if they knew a wedding was booked!!!!!

The hotel was lovely, clean and tidy. The staff were amazing. The beaches are beautiful, but there was not mush to do in the area around the hotel, we had to get taxis to other towns.

This was our first visit to Italy. The venue was mainly a wedding venue area, and we went to a wedding during our stay, however, we didn't feel we saw the real Italy and would probably go somewhere else on our next visit.

The hotel is amazing , breakfast has many options,

bed was not comfortable, tub look old and small room. Reminder mostly has wedding occasions be prepare too much noise
