Customer care

the hotel was clean, super location , excellent staff and well maintained. the rooms were well appointed and we enjoyed cabana club at NY which was nice

we booked two rooms, the deluxe king room was super spacious while the classic twin room i felt was a bit small esp the bathroom.

Breakfast is pricy. Location is great. Room is nice and comfortable.

Nothing. Hope breakfast has more variety and make it a free breakfast and include price in room rate.

Nice room and breakfast

Room had a bad view with a wall 2 meters of the window. The staff could have allotted a room with a better view since they had available.

Beautiful pool, but small area and gets crowded in the afternoon. Comfortable room. Nice complimentary chocolate bar.Quiet area. Nice staff

We did not take breakfast. Location was good and room was spacious and clean

Staff

Very tired rooms and facilitiesNot 5* standard Needs refurbishment

We had 3 rooms and one of the rooms did not even have a window aa the window looked to another wall. The other rooms had poor noise isolation and especially the toilets were worned out.

Clean and modern and chocolate hour Good gym and sauna Comfortable beds and pillows

Air conditioning was weak in room

Very pleasant and friendly staff to our surprise the hotel carried a lot of halal options on the menu as their diffault meat of choice which is a heart warming gesture to allow us to experience local food

Location, pool, bar, breakfast, staff

Restaurant

Really large rooms, excellent value for money. We loved the chocolate hour.

It was not right in the old quarter, easily walking distance. It was both good and bad to be not in the center, since it was then away from the hustle bustle and noise too

We went during Christmas holidays and the place was beautiful decorated and the staff were so warm and inviting. Everyone was extremely helpful in suggesting things to do, or places to eat at and such. We loved the place, the hotel is very well located. They even upgraded our rooms and we were very grateful to the staff.

Situated in the old quarter. Conveniently situated within short walking distance to all the coffee shops and food places.

Nothing really not to like but would have loved some Movenpick Ice-cream along with the chocolates.

Service, breakfast, cleanliness

Swing doors for toilet and bathroom

Mövenpick is really exclusive hotel. Very hight standard. Super service. Rooms are spacious, clean and bright. Beds are comfy. Staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful. Also location is great - Centre of old town - close to the train street, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, etc.

Can't think of anything...

The location is good and the breakfast was excellent, the room was awesome

The Staff was very helpful and their service was excellent

Everything was perfect! The staff, facilities, food, cleanliness! The breakfast was the best

Maybe a little more close to the main Sqaure

The location was awesome. Not too far away from everything but far enough away to escape the constant noise of Hanoi. The room was perfect, clean and well-appointed. Every Movenpick team member we came across was sooooooo polite and courteous, efficient and only too happy to make us happy. The service by the pool was quick and impressive. As for the gym, it's a great gym. This is one of the better hotel gyms I have been to in recent times. It has new equipment, is clean, and is well-appointed. Some great restaurants nearby too. oh..oh..and chocolate hour!! Can't forget chocolate hour every day!

The all-day restaurant on the second-floor wasn't great. And expensive for what it is. Acceptable but not great.
