- Room not as described.- small, dirty room-- internal window with no source of fresh air.- bathroom was not clean.- not suitable for a family nor anyone has a sense of cleanliness.

Staff is excellent. Location great, right in the middle of Old Quarter and action. Lots to see and do.

It’s a little noisy but that is to be expected in this type of location.

Location

Not very clean. Mold in bathroom, drain flies from dirty drains, dead flies on walls not wiped off. Not hotel's fault, but construction next door had constant noise from 7 AM to 9 PM. Booked a Superior room but it was a very small room; complained and moved to a slughtly bigger room.

The room was perfectly comfortable with. Comfy bed, room for your stuff and a lovely little balcony overlooking the roof tops. The balcony was standing only. The reception was friendly and you could keep your luggage there before and after checking in. The breakfast was good with phi offered as well. The location was brilliant in the middle of the old quarter very close to the lake, places for food and the bars. You really felt in the middle of the hustle and hustle of Hanoi.

There was no closed shower so the bathroom was always wet. The breakfast was no good. The stairs to the breakfast were very dirty.

I arrived late at the property, around 10:00 pm. They came up with some reason and dumped me to another hotel nearby in a dark and smelly alley. The other hotel where they dumped me asked me to cancel the booking at the original hotel which I refused. In the end, I had to leave the hotel to find another one around mid night. (I didn't have the chance to experience other services and facilities at the hotel. My rating is based on my limited experience at the property.)

The staff is super friendly and helpful, the location is very convenient to walk to the church, train street, the walking street, and the turtle lake.

Staff are nice, location in the center.Ideal for whoever like the busy party streets.

-The facilities are poor, the mattress is not soft, there is no window in the room, the shower is on the top of the toilet bowl no separator. -The cleaner was trying to enter all day in the room although we had locked the door. -The staff did not speak well English so was a bit hard to communicate.

The location is good. Close to everything.

The room that I had was smaller compared to others. So it’s hard to manage with luggages.

Manager and front desk personnel were very helpful. Room being cleaned and towels changed daily. Good breakfast.

Excellent location to Old Quarter. Staff pleasantly friendly. Phillip is super helpful in arranging transportation and booked HaLong Bay Cruise for our family.

Breakfast was great. Polite staff and well manners too. Only issue there is no elevator after 5th floor n breakfast is at 7 th floor

Great location, in the heart of Hanoi old town. It is close to the lake and water puppet show. Basic but plentiful breakfast included

Rooms are small but functional. Breakfast is on the 7th floor, but the lift only goes to the 5th floor. You have to walk up a very narrow staircase the last 2 floors.

Philip and rose were very friendly. The whole team was very accomodating and helpful. The hotel was clean and in the best location, right in the middle of old quarter.

The rooms absolutely stink like toilet. In the first room it was unbearable, they gave me another one which was better but still the smell started to come strongly during the night. Yurk

Brilliant location. 24 hrs check-in. Great staff assistance for transportation, tours and other information. Polite and friendly nature.

Everything was up to the mark and did not disappoint.

Philip and Nam were wonderful hosts throughout our stay! A wonderfully central location, quiet street, great breakfast and friendly staff throughout! We cannot recommend the place highly enough to family and friends and look forward to staying there again should we visit Hanoi again in future!
