Great location, great service. Peter was of great help organizing a cruise and day trip to Halong Bay and Ninh Binh for us at a good price. We was available via WhatsApp to answer any questions and sort out small details for us. Can definitely highly recommend.

The front doors to the hotel get locked at night. We were informed about this, so arrived back at the hotel a bit after midnight with the doors locked and everything dark. We stood around for a bit and eventually knocked. After a few minutes we realized someone was sleeping on the couch in the lobby and we eventually got him awake to open up. A bit strange….

Excellent breakfast. The spa is fantstic with very professional therapists. Great location in the city close to all major areas for tourists to see.

The hotel is next to a busy street. Noise from cars can be heard. We were there during the soccer match between Vietnam and Thailand. Cars honked horns all night. Room size was smaller than expected.

Great location, still close to everything but just outside the busy old quarter. Breakfast was amazing, beds were comfy. Great shower and bathroom facilities.

It’s an excellent hotel with staff that go above and beyond for you. I reserved a room with them to enjoy a weekend with my partner. Before she arrived, I had purchased a bouquet of flowers. However, I couldn’t find a vase to keep them in. When I asked the staff in the lobby if they had anything I could use, they then searched around the hotel to find the perfect vase for my needs. They supported me in a time of need, when many hotels would simply say they couldn’t do anything. With a great location, excellent facilities, and the perfect staff, I’m confident anyone would have a great experience here.

Central location, peaceful boutique style hotel. Great breakfast with lots of options. Staff are exceptional and provide next level service. Peter was particularly helpful arranging our holiday plans. Highly recommend.

Excellent location. Breakfast provided a nice variety of food and fresh fruits.

Water temperature wasn’t hot enough for a relaxing shower. It was fine but not hot enough for my preference.

Rooms are very neat and clean. Hung at the entrance was welcoming and helpful, and the staff throughout were attentive and kind. I loved the facial, and the Signature Soleil massage (down at SPA) it was amazing. I enjoyed my stay so much that I booked and returned twice.

The staff were incredibly helpful and professional and took care of every request with decorum and grace. The breakfast buffet were superior quality every day with an amazing variety, the manager of the buffet even gave us little Vietnamese lessons. The spa was absolutely amazing. The massage was superior to many I have had.

Well located, lovely rooms and AMAZING STAFF. Spa & rooftop pool superb. The breakfast was top notch. Would not miss the breakfast, service and small Vietnamese lessons.

Great location close to all the action. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I really enjoyed how they came over from the front desk to have a little chat while we were waiting for the elevator. Breakfast was very good — not too extensive, but with plenty to choose from. The rooftop pool was great and felt like a real escape from the busy streets of the Old Quarter below.

The music at the skybar could be turned down a bit and made more lounge-style.

Perfect place to stay, amazing staff looked after our every need, bed so comfortable, great view from rooftop pool and sky bar over the city and down to the street below. Room was lovely and quiet. Close to everything. Definitely would recommend and stay there again

Great location in the Old Town. Staff were outstanding - very friendly and helpful. Hotel has its own spa - my massage was great. Close to Ho Hoan Kiem park with its lake, just around the corner from Train Street, fantastic food options nearby, and walkable distance to Ho Chi Minh's mausoleum. The hotel itself has a rooftop pool and bar - great after a hot day wandering the streets. Excellent views of the hustle and bustle below, and watching stormclouds come in! Breakfast buffet was very good - plenty of options, vietnamese and other cuisines.

The room wasn't huge, but certainly big enough for one person to get around easily. I don't want to spend much time in the hotel room while travelling, so it wasn't an issue for me.
