Good location near old quarter very good price good rooms clean bedding definitely worth the stay. Staff are lovely and so helpful I had broken my charger cable for my phone and the lady on reception found me a cable to use she was so lovely

Pretty quiet are with some coffee and fruits shops

The pictures do not even look remotely close to what it actually looks like. It was kind of clean and it was fine but didn’t realize until after. The wifi was really bad and there was a lot of noise all day (especially in the mornings)

I was there for one night and was perfect. The manager was kindly and he helped me to book a tour al last moment.

The rooms were very clean and spacious, comfortable bed so slept very well after my flight

The location was quite far from any food places and the other touristy areas in the city, but ideal for a quiet stopover

Bathroom was very modern and tv had netflix and youtube

It was a decent stay, and near to Hanoi City center. Staffs were very accomodative and price were reasonable.

It was opposite side of old quarters, but walkable distance.

The room is quite cozy and the bed is soft. There is also an air conditioner, a water heater and bath tub. It's quite worth the price.

The location is hard to find and there's no breakfast or any welcome drink or snack. The water heater made the water too hot sometimes.

Free toiletries. Lift. Nice receptionist. Spacious room.

Bed was basically broken. Very, very uncomfortable. Bathroom door didn’t close. Weird decor.

Walls are thin, it makes the room quite loud. But not to the point of being annoying.No facilities beside the room (no restaurant, no pool...).No coffee or water is offered with the room.

The staff was super nice, helped us with everything we needed and made great effort to help and understand us.

The pictures and the room were very different, they only cleaned the room one day, and there was a club near by so you could listen to music all night.

Wasn’t in a good location for a tourist. Very basic rooms.

Staff is super friendly. It's in the walking distance to city center. (But there is a always busy main road that have to cross get to the other side). Value for money.

It's at the end of an alley which is a bit hard to locate. But there's a little sign with the hotel's name on it by the road. Not the cleanest room.

Nice hotel 10 min walk from the city center. I stayed there just one night in a single bedroom to chill and rest after a long journey jumping from one hostel dorm to another. Big bedroom, comfortable bathroom.

The only "bad" this is that it was a little bit hard to find it since it is located in a side alley with no signs on the main street
