The staff were helful

The bathroom was horrible water dripoing from the ceiling. Jackhammer all day while we were there including Sunday. AC was not working properly. Safe was not working at all.

Great location, nice staff, good communication prior to check in. Great price for a nice clean room and large bed in Old Hanoi where it's a great pickup spot for many tours and close to the food.

I was suffering from cold/allergies during my travels and found the fragrance in the lobby quite aggressive. Walls are a bit thin.

The staff try their best to make guests happy, although this is nearly impossible given the quality of the rooms. I felt bad for them every time we interacted, but one staff member helped us switch rooms when the first was unacceptable, and another tried to get their manager to agree to refund our unused nights when we fled. However, the staff cannot make up for the state of the place, and the management is disdainful and unresponsive so nothing can ultimately be solved.

Genuinely horrible hotel, with serious problems with mold, bugs, and sound insulation. The rooms are so much shabbier than they look in the photos, and the first room the staff showed us to was directly on a main road with an unbelievable amount of street noise. I asked to switch rooms, and the second one was a little quieter from street noise but still had a lot of noise from the hallway and the elevator. Much worse, it had several different patches of clearly visible mold on the walls and ceiling in different places, and I saw a whole trail of bugs marching along the floor. The bathroom was gross and the bin for toilet paper had not been emptied between guests, a truly disgusting detail I've never encountered in any hotel before. Everywhere other than the lobby has a pervasive odd smell, and the moldy room smelled unmistakably of mold spores. This place is awful, and the management is so unresponsive that it borders on a scam. Our repeated attempts to leave early and get a refund took up a ton of our time that could have been spent enjoying our vacation, and ultimately the management refused to help much at all.

Sink was not sealed tight. Smelled like smoke and you can hear traffic and the elevator. Was not greeted when we entered the hotel and check out, lady was sleeping and had to wake her up to get checked out. Had to pay extra money because my sleeping rubbed on the white sheets during the night and left some red marks.

Great location. Friendly and supportive staff. Room was clean, the bathroom was a bit small but fully equipped.

The room could have been better with just a bit better soundproofing. Other than that I think I enjoyed my stay.

Mr William on reception could not do enough for us. Even before our arrival he was in touch via what’s app. The location was central with a fab cafe next door (Hidden cafe does the most fab egg coffee). V Close to HK bus line office if you’re headed elsewhere. We also appreciated the fact that when we asked to change rooms (due to it having no window and being quite musty), he immediately changed our room to an upgraded one In the more modern part of the hotel.

The room we were first assigned to was pretty grim. It was dark, musty and had mould in the bathroom. A window that was unusable as close to a wall.

The property is near everything. It is very clean and nicely maintained. The staff were very hospitable and informative.

It’s smack dack where all the night life is.

Our toliet was clogged before we arrived. They “fixed it” but is still clogged again after one use. Most of the nails and fasteners in the shower holding up the glass doors are rusted and warp.

Great location in a quiet street in the Old Quarter with easy access to Grab, and walking distance to many popular spots.Staff was very welcoming, helpful and attentive.Our room was a good size for two of us, with enough space for our suitcases and even a little seating area. Bed was the most comfortable we've had during our time in Vietnam, with nice linens and good pillows. Bathroom was a bit tight but still good space for one person at a time, only recomendation would be to provide newer towels. Since it was in a quieter street we didn't have any trouble with traffic noise at bedtime.Great cafe two doors down, "Hidden Gem cafe" which came in handy for breakfast.

The hotel is super clean and the rooms are very spacious. To our surprise there was no outside noise in the evening and we could rest very well!The staff is very kind and ready to help you at anytime. We initially booked a room without a window but they upgraded us to one with a balcony, for free!The hotel is situated in the old quarter near to absolutely everything.We would definitely come back!

Staff are absolutely amazing, thoughtful and made the stay 5*. Hotel is in a perfect spot, nice and quiet so it's very easy to have a relaxing stay. The decor in the rooms is probably one of the nicest I have seen in Vietnam as a whole

The staff were nice and when we arrived we wanted to change room due to the lack of windows and they helped us right away. Facilities were fine but we did expect them to be a bit better for the price

The rooms are not well ventilated, so the first room we got was without windows and there was a bad smell in it, we changed to a room with windows - once we opened them it quickly got better. The bathroom was in a so so shape
