Fantastic new hotel. Love the staff, facilities (espec the gym and pool) and the location, away from the madness of the Old Town but still a short walk in. This will be my new 'go to' hotel for my Hanoi work trips.

Our stay was too short

The staff were excellent. They really helped me out including late a night when I had a previous issue with a booking elsewhere. they were very welcoming.

The Grand Mercure is, in my opinion, one of the best hotels in Hanoi. My stay was really luxurious and you get that little extra comfort and professionalism that you pay for. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I even got an early check-in and a beautiful room on the 14th floor with a breathtaking view over Hanoi. What more could you ask for. The quality of the breakfast was also extremely good with a wide variety. If you are looking for a luxurious place to relax after a busy day in Hanoi, this is definitely the place to be.

Beautiful hotel, the first impression is wow! This theme is taken though out, with well decorated and furnished rooms. Great shower and modern bathroom. Great buffet breakfast. Rooftop bar and swimming pool.

The location was not as great for shopping and restaurants as the old town.

Grand Mercure was a great hotel to stay in for a holiday in Vietnam. The architecture and layout were very stylish and top tier. The food options were very good and the service from the hotel workers were exceptional.

The bed sheets felt lie they had been washed too many times and wifi kept having to re-log on.

Everything was great. The employees were very welcoming and friendly They get us free arrangements for our marriage anniversary. It is only 20 minutes of enjoyable walk to city center.

They gave us an upgrade of our room and we loved it! The hotel is beautiful, the staff is super kind and friendly, we loved the pillows, the bath tube, the view, everything! Amazing place ❤️

Everything was perfect

Before we booked there, we chanced upon the hotel after going to a bogus location on a tour scam. The concierge spent a good 1.5 hours with us looking for another tour for us; we weren’t even guests!
